I had to wait over to hours to pickup the truck. I was on the phone for almost 1 hour with a Uhaul Rep and there was no way to pick up the truck via mobile on the web and on the app. Additionally, the truck given to me had the driver's wiper blade missing, and it was raining hard. I had to call road assistance. I had a very bad experience with Uhaul.

JOSE SThe 20" Truck has a lot of problems. 1- The balance of the back door does not work at all. It has broken the mechanism. I couldn't open it. I needed 2 people to open it. And it was so risky to be injured by the door. 2- The driver lock doesn't work. I needed to use the right door to get in. 3-Some part of the exhaust was damaged. The truck makes a loud noise. So bad to use it for hours. 4- The back door doesn't have a Padlock.
Marcelo rExcellent customer service; the manager was very friendly and provided valuable information. However, the truck had a very unpleasant smell inside; even some furniture ended up with a bad odor after unloading.

Erika RPoor customer service truck provided was filthy and smell like urine doors couldn’t close properly it was a safety hazard all the time. If it wouldn’t be an emergency I needed the truck I woul it cancel the service right away.

DAMIAN SHad a delay of over one hour from my "Pick - up" time due to some mistake that was made in your system. However, apart from the representative being very unprofessional and discourteous, I am now receiving a bill that exceeds my calculations for the rental. I would like to have a detailed breakdown of the charges which have already been placed on my Credit Card but I am yet to receive an Invoice from U-Haul. DEBRA WI have an appointment to pick up the truck at 7, I received a call at 6 to hurry up to pick up the truck right away because it's closing at 7. He was rude even when I got there. That was the son of the business. When I return the truck he was so bad. He was rude as well And feeling so impatient because I did not take picture of the mileage for him when the mileage didn't show on the dash of the truck. He had to call for back up for to know what to know but yet he was rude to me that I should be the one to do a job that he couldn't do. Really bad customer service. I wish I had picked it up in another place

ZAEEM AI declined the CDW coverage when making my online reservation but it was invoiced anyway without my consent. Not happy about having to pay this extra charge.
Patrick BNeighborhood U-Haul shops are not good places to drop off a trailer. Many times you have to unhook yourself. Hurt myself dropping off a 6x12 trailer. Drop off is often in a small alley behind a business. Find the closest Full time U-haul shop to drop off trailers.
Henry RThe location and customer service was great, however, the equipment did not have AC. It smelled like urine. It was completely dirty in the back. It had a check engine light. Barely would drive to speed.

I was stuck cleaning it because of my pick up time. Aren’t they checked and cleaned upon drop off? Honestly I can’t believe I was charged the full rental amount given the condition of the truck and lack of supplies. I want to keep anyone else from going through this and am ready to make my review publix. This cannot be the normal for U-Haul and I’m extremely disappointed.

angel gReserved for 11am. Contact had to be called. Spoke 12:20p. Reserved 10ft truck. Ended up with roach infested 17ft truck that coast me almost 3 times more for 3 hours use.
Heidi MThe AC in the truck did not work. When we arrived to my unit after picking up the truck there was a liquid substance that smelled and looked like urine in the back. Apparently they are not keeping up with the trucks there and should not be representing UHAUL at all.
Ashley GMake sure that equipment works. Truck had a bad battery that required jumping, a check engine light and very rough idle. After loading and starting to leave the AC stopped working on a 90+ degree day. What a horribly maintained vehicle! Worst uhaul experience I have had.

NORI ETell the equipment is available for me and to not make me go to another locatiom when I don't have the time to do so. I also needed a ramp on my truck which it did not day if it had one or not till I picked up the truck. Your website offers a bunch of things which I didn't need but what I needed you didn't have. I was extremely dissatisfied with the out come. No dollies, no ramp, no harnesses and the experience was extremely frustrating and not to mention back-breaking as well. A piece of furniture was also broken due to the lack of incompetence which I can't seem to point the finger at because no one will accept responsibility.
MIQUELL SDrop off using Uhaul app. While a much better experience than the online pick-up that didn't happen, it was awful, I did have to take 10 pictures of the dashboard that were not uploading to your site. I was lucky my son had an iPhone and did load the app, logged in my account and we did it that way. Otherwise I couldn't return the truck. The app is pitiful. I already told about 10 of my friends to never use the uhaul app for either pickup or drop-off. Good luck. Next time I'll use enterprise.
Cezar CThe man a the mattress company was not helpful. I informed him I couldn't read the small print because I lost my glasses. He told me he couldn't do it for me. while he had a screen open to sell mattresses. He also didn't tell me that I had to log on at the location. Upon arriving home I called another number and the gentleman took care of it for me immediately.
