The drop off point was convenient but was part of another business (sheds) and was closed for the day (2 pm) so I did not speak to anyone. It had also been raining and I had to drive and park it in the mud getting my feet and truck wet and dirty.

Pick up location was fine. Very nice staff. Uhaul on the other hand....just save yourself the trouble of doing the pre check in online and uploading your id. It doesn't work.

Closed Saturday after 2pm, and on Monday and Tuesday. Had questions and no way to contact anyone from the rental site.

I added almost an hour to my trip when I tried to return my UHaul truck to a location in Mt Gilead, NC only to find that that location no longer exists and then had to drive to another town (Albemarle,NC) and add more gas to the truck to return instead. After a long day of living and unloading, it was a terrible end to my day.

The first location that I had a reservation at was closed which delayed my move and the second location did include my dolly and because it was after hours I could not get one. This was a huge inconvenience. I have called customer service numerous times and they stated upper management will call me back and 3 days later and still haven’t heard from anyone.

Truck has oil change lights on. The tires on this truck were worn out enough to shaky the truck around pretty much the whole time. Top dollar for mediocree equipment. Oh well it got the job done!

Dropped off on Saturday at approx a little after noon. Since pick up was day before at approx. 11:15 was charged a full additional day of 20+- dollars. Think charging a full additional day for a one to 1.5 hour o verage is excessive especially when they had several same sized trailers on lot that were available and not reserved. When I asked Drop off person to prorate the full additional day was told they were not allowed to change charges as your computer system automatically set them. Your company would do right by their customers by charging at least prorated days in quarter day increments. With the sparsely located locations In this rural part of the state I had to travel almost 35 minutes to get trailer returned and I could not control traffic conditions . Please rebate me 3/4 of a days charge to show you are serious about this comments box and see about prorating returns to 1/4 or 3 hour prorated time periods in future for all your customers. Thank you
