The owner of this location was very cranky and rude. Extremely unprofessional and made me feel like I was an inconvenience because his computer was down at my pick up time. I received my truck an hour late and he also did not have a dolley or furniture pads like I requested but I was still charged for it. Would never go back to this location, the guy acts like he’s doing you a favor.

With the vehicle I was given, I discovered the left rear turn signal was not operational as well as the brake lights in the rear. Though vehicle was clean, these were problems I view as a serious hazard.

I didn't use app to return truck so it the refilled tank wasn't noted and charged for plus a late fee even though the truck was parked there all day from being dropped off the prior night.

Aniello SI returned the truck in the evening. The lot was full of personal cars already parked in the spaces in front of the store, so I had to find a spot on the side of the store. There was only one space left, next to the trash cans and I had to park there. (There was a car parked in a spot that seemed to be allocated for truck returns, directly next to where I parked the truck). While inputting my truck information in my phone, a man came from in front of the store and urinated against the building. When I started taking pictures of the cab, another man walked up to me and tells me I can't park in front of the trash cans. I asked him where I should park because there aren't any more spaces. He tells me to give him the key and he will park the truck. I said no, just tell me where to park. He insists on getting the keys again, but I asked again for him to tell me where to park. Then I asked him if he works for Uhaul, to which he didn't answer, but then reiterates while retreating, that I can't park in front of the trash cans but I should move the truck to the space behind the trash cans. I looked at the space he referred to and it was small, dark, and seemed over grown with shrubbery. I decided against that and completed my evidence pictures for submission and left. I didn't feel very safe having someone who refused to identify themselves walk up to me. And while there was light coming from the adjacent lot it was still a little dark in the area I parked the truck.

Jose RThey scammed me, they recorded that the gasoline was a quarter, but when I received it, it was empty, and when I returned it, I returned it empty as well, and they withdrew $19 for the gasoline. This is a scam!!! I want to complain and get my money back
Ahmad MTruck i rented needs front alignment i was all over the road. I was charged 30.00 extra after i put $45.00 in fuel to put it back at original fuel level. My bill was 179.12 including $30.00 and $20.00 extra in the total. I have been renting from uhaul constantly over 5yrs due to my moving company. That Truck should not have been rented out on these conditions. Hopefully it goes to the shop before something major happens!!!!! Today was a total loss!!!!!!

Either app should tell about moving equipment available at location or each location should have all equipment. At last min I can't not cancel cause I won't get any booking at different location last min.

Marod AGet rid of the chickens used for fighting the inside of the store has so much furniture in it that there is hardly room for the U-Haul stuff. I reserved a 26’ truck and the night before he called about 10:00 pm said that he didn’t have the one I wanted and for the same price I could use a 20’ and it would carry just as much and that was a lie I had to pay for an extra day but he was late on Friday and no one showed up so we waited an hour before he got there and we had to move but we saw a 26’ truck and he said it didn’t run and the place had pictures of the West Bank near Israel and was playing music from there and he didn’t have to do that I think he is is liar and a thrift and a thief and would never deal with that place again and where I moved hao a nice looking U-Haul store and from now on I will try them out I bet it will go well

Amber JThis was the Easiest and most Proffesional Rental EVER. I made my reservation on line. When I got there the 9' Van was Clean, fully gassed up, all fluids topped and ready to go. Mattress N Furniture Outlet provided great customer service. Upon return I had over paid slightly, not a problem credited my card on file. They gave us great service would recommend very highly.

cory wI didn't even have to go in or walk to the key drop box, the guy was out in the parking lot when I parked and I just handed him the keys directly. He was also able to reassure me that it wouldn't be a problem that I wasn't given the equipment specified on the contract and therefore wasn't returning it, because I had marked it as 'not received' when I picked the truck up from the other location.
James MI was charged $21 for gas when I turned the truck with the correct amount of gas on it. I have pictures to prove it. Called the customer service number, sent them pictures and nothing was resolved. DO NOT USE UHAUL...

MAMDOUH NThey intentionally over charged me. Then when I bought it to their attention they act like they didn't know what I was talking about. So I showed them my receipt. Then they said they didn't know how to fix. Spent almost 45 minutes in there while they was playing I. Computer trying to get my money back. I ended up just leaving. Because I don't even think they was doing anything. Just wasting my time

The manager at this Uhaul locatiin was great, we were a few minutes late getting truck, we needed a larger size truck than what we reserved and we needed extra time for our move, I was so impressed and thankful that the manager was very happy to accommodate us with exactly what we needed. I can happily recommend this location at 11106 N30th in Tampa, the Mattress Warehouse location.
