Small uncomfortable, back room office. There was an extremely loud personnel on the speaker phone right next to where the transaction and etc. was taking place which made it extremely hard to hear important information that I may have need to know when dealing with said transaction and process. This location does not have ANY extra tools or utilities (ie: appliance dolly, furniture dolly, anything) that was included on the website but there was no mention of the lack of tools on the website. Had to finally go to Home Depot to find a dolly, last minute.
