When clicking the driving directions link on your website, or searching the address from your website in Google Maps, it took me to the wrong place. It was only when I searched Google Maps for "uhaul" that I was able to find the pickup location. Upon trying to complete the rental process the gentleman told me that the uhaul computer was telling him the towing capacity on my Escalade was only 5000 pounds and that I couldn't pull the trailer with it. This is inaccurate, the towing capacity of the Escalade is 8100 pounds and the hitch is rated at 10000.

Old, crotchety and argumentative staff...didn't take long to pick up the trailer, thank goodness, but I didn't like my vehicle being out of sight with the technician while they hooked it up. Guy at the counter took his sweet time...and their location on Google maps is WRONG...way WRONG to be exact...that needs to be corrected.

Had help unloading car off dolly and getting dolly off my truck.. Paper work was quick.

There is only one person who knows how to check them out and also does propane deliveries so it took about 1.5 hours for me to actually get a truck and also made my drop off location the one across town from the one I asked for so that was quite the hassle. Other than that they were nice and helped me get going.

there wasn't even anybody there. the number for the company wasn't even a working number. we tried to contact customer service we got disconnected twice and connected to three different people. horrible experience.

U haul needs to make an electronic bar code reading kiosk for speedy check in for after hours. The contract already has a bar code at the top right, just implement that. Almost like Red Box.

The man @ the store ignored my son and brother when they went to turn in the truck. He was very abrupt with them and rude.

Upon arrival to this location, I was unclear if this was the correct place until pulling up to the building. The staff at this location did not impress me. When I used the on site fuel pump to refuel the truck to the 5/8 of a tank it had upon receiving the truck, the on site U-haul representative came out to "assist" me with fueling the truck and overfilled the truck by 5 gallons and still charged me for the fuel. I am very dissatisfied with this "service" I received. After this experience, I can say that not only will I not recommend U-haul to anybody, but I also will not use your services or equipment again.

i made a reservation to pick up in lubbock and got a call on the morning of our pick up, one day before we moved, telling us that our truck was not in lubbock and that we'd have to drive an hour and a half one way to go get a truck and that we had to do it immediately if we wanted it. we were given a discount but this did not cover the extra gas we had to get for the truck and our car to drive down there and back, and the 4 hours we spent driving to go get the truck. would have liked notice earlier or our reservation to have actually been what we reserved.
