The psi in the rear tire was low
Elliott BYou don't need to do anything to improve this location. I was in the Army for 22 years and have a lot of experience with uhaul. This is probably the best I've ever visited. Keep up the good work.

SCOTTFARVER MDC 5018 G was the truck. I have a class A CDL and this truck had issues. Huge vibration in the driveline, probably a universal joint or a center bearing. The front end was super loose. I could drive it for a few miles but if someone off the street were to be in it, God help them and your company if they wreck. Mike Washburn
Michael WWe had scheduled to pick up much closer to the move location; however, the day before we were moved multiple times. when i called to see if the new location was near the original, I was told by the customer service representative, that she was not going to HOLD on the line for me to look up - I asked she look up, as she/Uhaul moved us multiple times within a few hours. When we arrived at the Rochambeau Dr location, uHaul had double booked the truck, luckily someone dropped off a similar truck early. As a result of the location move, we ended up paying for extra milage.

Ian FThe proprietor acted as though he was doing me a favor by renting me a truck and trailer combination. His printer was not operational so I couldn't get a copy of the rental agreement. I was brushed off with a "it"s on your e-mail". I was a thousand miles from home without my Chrome Book, for e-mail access. He had no adapter plug, for sale, so we couldn't test the trailer lights. After buying an adapter, at a local parts store, we discovered that the right side trailer lights didn't work. So...I took the trailer to the U-Haul office at 14861 Warwick Blvd. in Newport News, VA. An associate named Shawn worked to diagnose the lighting problem but finally simply swapped out the trailer. EXCELLENT SERVICE and no SURLY ATTITUDE at the U-haul location at 14861 Warwick Blvd. in Newport News, VA. A special shout out to Shawn, for his much appreciated help !!!

Laura DMake sure the A/C in trucks work. It was close to 100 degrees and after telling location owner about broken ac it was laughed off… Also the radio was broken and truck needed serious front end alignment.
Austin MOwner is miserable. Rude, and short to people. Acts like uhaul sales are an inconvenience to him.

SCOTTFARVER MI've been waiting on my return receipts since returning the UHual over a week ago. Called twice now and still waiting. This is a horrible business practice and needs to be corrected.
james wThere was a flat wooden, board I gather to be 2in x 2ft long. It was on the floor, to my left front of cashier counter. I tripped on it as moved walk to the left in front on counter, as ther salesman was processing my payment on the computer. I did not hit the floor but the board was heavy enough that it did not budge when my left foot/toes, hit and tripped on the wooden board. It was a repair garage dirty and filled with mechanic machines and parts. Not a clean safe location for customers picking up uhaul property. The sales person was polite and helpful. I have no complaint about his customer service.

SCOTTFARVER MMaybe just having the truck and trailer parked out front already attached. Also though we used cinder blocks, may need to invest in some device to keep low riding cars with front spoilers from getting caught on the ramps legs.

Elliott MMake sure the back of cleaned and free from U-Haul blankets before rental. And discount customer if it isn't. I didn't have that courtesy. And it's ridiculous to pay for miles and gas. False advertising by saying on $19.95 a day but it isn't. Am I supposed to rent it but never move it so it can be true to the advertised price.
Coco CAgent was very friendly & helpful. He even replaced fuse in U-Haul truck so 12V power outlet would work for my GPS.

alonza mWhen I got there and let the employee know that there were holes in the roof and that the leather couches I was hauling got wet, he said "just call the 800 number. Nothing I can do." Very off-putting. Would love to hear from someone from U-Haul about the issue with the holes.

John BSome confusion about the wooden and fiberglass containers. The dimensions on the wooden one are smaller than listed on website which resulted in my having to return the wooden one given to me at first and pick up a fiberglass box. Make it clear on website the actual dimensions of each, and allow customer to specify which is needed.

James KI was told to call when I arrived, but nobody answer the phone, nor return my phone call. There was no information on the phone about the hours I could drop off the vehicle. When I arrived, the door said it was open at 9am. I arrived at 9:30 and nobody was there and the place was locked up.
Suzanne MNobody wants to do their job anymore…….except the folks that handled my UHaul truck rental. Everything went as smooth as silk. I will be using these satellite UHaul drop off and pick up sites again. Very friendly and very efficient!

Helen CReturned vehicle after hours, so no interaction with the establishment. Entrance and exit to the location are very large and makes it easy to maneuver the moving trucks. Called the next morning to make sure everything was in order, U-haul representative was very personable and quick to answer any questions.
Steven UThe truck that I reserved was not at the site when I went to pick it up. Had to take a smaller one, which meant we had to make more trips, made the day very long for us. The smaller truck also did not have a ramp, which made some things very difficult to put in the truck.
Gayle W. What a horrible run company, I will never use them again, 2 weeks then they offer me a staggering twenty-five dolor gift certificate for my trouble, which by the way I never received. What an insult
