Please give more clarity to the advertised "$19.95/day & 79 cents/mile" for the smaller rentals. I enjoyed being able to reserve my rental through the U-Haul app on my phone, but I never realized until we completed the payment on return (24 hours later) that I was actually paying $79.00, with 100 free miles. It was very reasonable, but just not what I was expecting when I set up the rental. The staff at Mas Auto in Lebanon was very helpful and professional. I highly recommend them.

It is handy and the people are helpful.
The people running the location were friendly people. However, there is no room to get in and get out. Its extremely cramped. I was moved over to this location and deeply upset and wanted to file a complaint, I still might. It was EXTREMELY inconvenient and frustrating trying to get my uhaul. We needed a hitch and they had to give up an employees hitch to us because they don't have them stocked. I am frustrated in the UHAUL company and not the auto repair shop. It should be the company's job to have a uhal delivered to the location selected when renting a uhaul, not the customers job. If it is that way, then there should be a discount or inconvenience fee. Unfortunately Uhaul is the only company that has travel trailers for rent.
Be organized. Don't waste customers, valuable rental time with avoidable or fixable mistakes.
The person swiping my credit card could not make it work and kept licking his fingers and rubbing them on the back of my card. Basically licking my bank card several times. I was so shocked. I didn't know what to say

Best uhaul dealer I have ever used
The employees were not wearing masks, were very brisk, and did not give careful instructions.
None do the employees had on face masks. When I asked the person at the desk of they had a mask to put on they refused and we're extremely rude to me.
The absolute best experience with this company. So helpful and accommodating!

These guys went above and beyond to help me get this straightened out. They even helped me get the last of the stuff to storage. I paid cash and was told my bill was settled. It was the original office I rented it from that put the extra charges through. I highly recommend this location. These guys are amazing!!

Basically good. Personnel were helpful and courteous, but parking was very confusing. Instead of dozens of signs telling the U-Haul customers where they cannot park, why not have some signs indicating where they CAN park?

Not happy with the fact that I had to travel 13mi to pickup and then 13mi to drop off. Paid an extra $26 just to use for 1 day and regular travel was only 5-10mi...
I was moving out of Corvallis, so I had reserved in advance and expected to pick up from the UHaul Center in Corvallis. I tried to check in on-line the day before the pick up date, with no suc. So I arrive at the Corvallis Center, only to be told that I had to drive to the UHaul in Lebanon, some 15 miles away. Not good. So I drive to what I expect to be a UHaul Center, only to find it is an auto repair shop. Most of the parking in identified as "not for UHaul", so I go toward the back of lot to find a spot. The most appalling thing though is that there are absolutely no COVID-19 protocols in place, no one wearing masks, no distancing/no room for adequate distancing. I couldn't get in and out of there fast enough. I WILL THINK TWICE BEFORE USING UHAUL AGAIN.
They freaking charged me an extra 80 dollars after you quoted me one price for 7 days ,,not exceptable,,,never again
These guys were awesome to work with. When I called to reserve they recommended I check with my insurance company, because a lot of them will not cover a trailer rental. I am glad they did, because my insurance company did not and it was only $30 to get insurance through U-Haul. We didn't need it, but felt better having the added piece of mind. They were very friendly and prompt getting all our paperwork done and even hooked everything up for us.

Uhaul needs to get there shit together and know what they have inventory and have what costumers need and ask for, M.A.S. was great to work with just not Uhaul,I would not recommend Uhaul to anyone.

Reservation was made several weeks in advance to pick up in Corvallis Oregon. Got a call the Wed prior to pick up telling me they would not have a trailer for us but they would reserve one for us in Lebanon. We of course needed the trailer so we accepted this but we did have to drive 1/2 hr each way out of our way. Using our time and gas to have to drive to pick this trailer up was a bit of an inconvenience. Especially since we did reserve weeks before our needed time.
This is now my go to place for all my U-Haul rentals. Great business top-notch customer service
The people working here were awesome. Very pleasant, friendly. Will rent from there for the next few rentals, still moving things.
Make sure you walk your equipment. There was a crack in my windshield that was not mentioned a bend in the fender well that wasn't mentioned and scratches in the paint. I had the rental insurance so ultimately none of that is my responsibility however if i didn't all of those things could have come back on me which is unacceptable because they didn't do a walk through.

The truck really needs to have a tune up. It missed and occasionally had a small backfire. I am sure this is affecting the fuel mileage. Vern at MAS Auto was fantastic to do business with.
The great inconvenience about my experience with Uhaul this time is that the representative and whomever he called to request technical help, were not able to process correctly a domestic violence voucher and I am still waiting for my refund. This has caused me to call several times without resolving the matter and giving conflicting information. Nobody calls back, please I need my money back ASAP.
The only inconvenient was that the representative/ Vern did not know how to process a domestic violence voucher I was given, he requested help over the phone to someone at Uhaul. This new person who was helping over the phone tried to help Vern process the certificate but the system was not cooperating. The person over the phone asked to allow the full charge and he would process the refund as soon as the system was up again. I am still waiting for the refund. I have called several times and this has not been resolved yet. Mr. Steve Burman has not contacted me even now that I have provided my new number 602-510-7405. During my last call with a Uhaul representative / Dexter I put him in a 3 way call with my bank to confirm that I have not yet received my refund. This is causing great hardship and I really need a quick answer. I have been incredibly patient and I have not gotten this matter resolved.
Little mud in trailer but not a big deal. Overall good
Fill hose was cut and leaked gas everywhere when I tried to fill it up. The tire was low on air and beeped at me the whole time I drove it. The speedometer is off and I was over charged for miles. I tracked it with 3 different applications on my phone and was only going .7 miles on my phone for every mile on the speedometer. Last time I rented from uhaul I was supposed to get a 20 dollar credit and I never received it. I will never rent from uhaul again. To many other company's offer the same service and offer better service.
