Evan MI put gas in it and filled it to the amount it was when I got it. But the owner said I was short a few gallons and charged me $9 for two gallons. I felt I delivered it to the exact fuel line.

William JI got charged for fuel 20.50 and I brought the uhaul back with the exact amount that was in it when I got it. So I'm not sure why I got charged that. Would like a refund for that

Janice TI was just dropping off the truck and had no issues at all. The location is great for me because it’s about a mile from my house. The gentleman who was working at the time was waiting on other people so he had me put the keys on the table and asked if everything was ok or if I needed anything else. I didn’t so I thanked him and left. Very quick exchange but nice.

Fay Pi had a tire problem,I stopped at the 5010 Buffalo rd. store. they could not fix or change the tire, instead they sent me back to 337 west 12th st. They in turn gave me another auto transport trailer. That cost me an extra hour travel time plus 10 miles out of my way. In the end I was reimbursed $10.00 for my trouble, which I was grateful for . The people were very nice and tried very hard to help me out, it would be nice if these locations could repair or replace a tire instead of replacing the whole unit. I was grateful for the support from all three locations Meadville, Harborcreek and Erie, all good people helping us reach our destination. Will definitely do business with U-Haul again. Thanks again for the excellent help. J.H.

JEROME CInspect trucks a little more. The shifter on the truck I rented, when put in reverse...would slip or shift into "Neutral" on occasion. Especially in "Reverse." I've used this U-Haul dealer twice within the last month. Excellent service. Trucks are in really good shape. No issues other than the shifter. Availability was important. He had sufficient inventory. Good transaction.

Josue AHire people with better customer services skills. We had called regarding our reservation on Labor Day and the guy who picked up told us he was going to cancel all of the reservations since it was a holiday and how he had to cancel a fishing trip and it was “BS” that he had to be at work.
