dino cDidn't have the dolly I ordered even when we talked to them and they said it was loaded. This made the move a lot more difficult. The truck was extremely dirty I was in a hurry so I didn't have time to take and load them because they didn't change my time for after hours pick up. Had to call to get assistance checking out because the rental had timed out Windshield was dirty and inside tire was low
Roland MThe receiving business was closed for the day and the location to park the returned truck was not clearly identified. This location was in an out of the way place. The original return location that I chose when I booked the reservation was in a more accessible place.

I had my rental for a week the woman called the day before I returned it didn't introduce herself or anything but said I would have a warrant for the Uhaul I rented for that period and www certainly charged for. I will never deal with Uhaul again due to this women's unprofessionalism.
jasmine GI was happy with the little U-Haul store. There were adequate signs, leading me to the office and to the place for returning equipment, and there were chairs for resting while other customers checked out.

CARLOS MRentals are managed by app only but there's extremely poor cell service at the location which makes app non-functional and no wifi available.
Audrey KUsing the U-Haul app to try to return the rental van with a complete disaster. The app would not take my password and it would not recognize Martina's as a drop-off site. This created a stressful situation for me and a lot more paperwork for Martina
catherine cThe location was great for me. Less than 3 miles from where I was going to use the U-Haul(r) equipment. Winona was very nice, competent, and helpful. She made check-out and check-in a breeze. Even offered me a cold drink when I checked in (It was about 90o). The equipment was brand new - less than 1200 miles on. Next time I need to rent, this is where I will go.

Howard SMight not recommending to a friend has nothing to do with the drop off location, but with U-Haul overall in the crappy customer service it was the absolute worst experience. Moving couldn't be any more stressful, especially when you're paying money for movers to fly to move you back to you to another state, your rental prices are exorbitant and through the roof such a ridiculous company, especially to not have the size I reserved over two months ago available

Donna CAbsolutely abysmal experience. Truck that was rented to me was not even on the lot. Code given to me to open locks to get truck keys did not work. No answer to calls directly to location. Spent over two hours on the phone with customer support between being on hold and testing multiple codes on lock boxes before finally getting into a completely different vehicle, which customer service then had to manually change all of my reservation info over to. Overall such a disaster that it not only will make me avoid this location at all costs, but possibly even UHaul as a company. Do not do business here.
Jesse FIn defense of the pick up location, I did not sign up to get my vehicle there. I signed up at my usual location, Swannanoa River Road, a large U-Haul facility. I do not know who changed it or why, but the change was very unwelcome. When I arrived, there was no one at the Old County Home facility to trouble shoot. For some reason, there was an identity verification problem on the App even though the App accepted my self photo and my driver's license photo. At no point was I told to resubmit a photo. Had there been someone present and on duty, I might have gotten some helpful answers. Instead, I got stuck in a bad verification loop. And, I had to call the help line. The keys were not in the right location. The key storage combination did not work, nor did the key storage combination for another customer who came there work. We were fortunate that a regional representative came by after we had been dealing with the location's problems for quite a while. He discovered keys in the back of my truck. It took all that to get me going, and I was under real time pressure already to get the vehicle to my house, where it was to be loaded.
Edward BI honestly believe some amount of the rental should be refunded to me. The van was dirty and had not been cleaned. The floor was muddy. The ability to get an internet signal was almost non-existent. I had to call your service center to get help.
Fred MThese fine folk completely screwed the pooch and provided awful service. Apparently the van I reserved was repossessed that morning - the heck that even means? - and nobody called me to tell me about it. I showed up at 1:15p for my 1:30p reservation and got told I had to go to a different location for a different vehicle. Not apologetic, didn't call me before to let me know, just shrug of the shoulders and so sad so sorry. These dudes were the worst. General Manager Chase was not apologetic or conciliatory at all.

William HYour online regisstration needs improvement where you put your birthdate sucks . The back back back is no good it kept restarting on me making me start all over I got carpo tunnel from it why can't you set up where people can type in the info much easier and faster

Gary RI made a reservation to pick up the trailer at another location, but he did not keep/honor my reservation. Luckily, Martinas had what I needed.

Dimitri VI don't know what happened. I'm assuming the mileage wasn't checked before I took the truck. I only drove about 80 miles with the truck and was charged for 370 miles. Not happy

Patrick AI had some serious customer service issues with this trip. I actually would like someone from your customer service management team to reach out to me. I could not access the lock on this truck, it was not as described in the app, and it caused serious problems with my trip timing.

Rosemary RAgain, Uhaul switched the location forcing us to drive further. The people were nice but not the location an easier 2 mile drive from my house.
Melanie BAfter renting a cargo van here, I was over charged over $400. Martinas is refusing to reimburse me / denied my claim, even though they are the ones in the wrong. They charged me for 3 extra days of use and a wrong drop off location, equaling over $400+. I have called UHaul multiple times and have been assured the extra charged were an error on their part, but I just learned today that Martinas is now refusing to reimburse me. Beware of this location!

richard sI tried to change the drop off location when I picked up the truck, since it was about 20 miles from my house and there were numerous other locations a lot closer. I asked the person at the desk when I picked it up if I could turn it in at any Uhaul location and she said yes, but after reading the contract it said there would be an addition fee so I had to drive 40 miles roundtrip to drop it off at a store that was closed.

Giovanni BI didn't drink or eat in the truck and didn't even open the cargo door. i Just put a vehicle on the auto hauler , Never went into any mud. And turned it in with more gas then what was in it and a day early, And asked if i needed to sign anything or do any thing else, i was only asked if i put gas in it. then i check my email later and find they billed me over 90 dollars for cleaning charges on the truck and auto hauler,?
