Floor of trailer was dirty. Moving pads were dirty. Some were wet. One had a large piece of stool (not the wooden kind!) wrapped up in it. I reserved and paid for the trailer on-line but someone else picked up the trailer and was driving. When I viewed the receipt on-line after the trailer was returned I noticed only I was listed as an authorized driver. I did not receive a notification of the return or the final receipt via email after the return. I had to login to view it.

michael san angeloI was overcharged on my uhaul, and I didn’t even drive 89 miles. Because I only had to move my stuff into storage that was in town I only used 27 miles. I payed for 35 miles. Which I didn’t use plus I refilled gas above what was given to me. I’m at a very vulnerable moment in life right now and I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of at my lowest. Will never again rent from uhaul again.

Donna HicksAfter turning off the main road where a UHaul sign was posted. Driving back about a quarter mile or so I came to a sign that read Martin Kennels but no UHaul sign. Knowing that the drop off sight was listed as Martin Kennels I drove down the very narrow driveway where I could see some UHaul equipment but from the road you can't see anything. Next time I will only drop off equipment located on a main road.

Jon PittsI had a great experience picking up the truck. The only issue I ended up having is that when I went to drop off the truck, it had Martin Kennel as the Drop-Off location, even though I'd told him I'd drop off the truck in Spring, TX He'd chosen "unknown" location in Spring as my drop-off point because he couldn't find the drop-off location in his system. Anyway, on the e-mail link U-Haul sent me, I was unable to change the drop-off location, there was no option for me to add the pictures of the truck and the mileage/fuel gauge, which made me pretty nervous since I was dropping it off on a Sunday with no employee at the drop-off place. I had to call U-Haul's 800 number and wait on hold for quite a while to be able to speak to someone, just to ensure I would not get penalized for dropping off the truck in Spring TX where I had planned to. all along. It was an inconvenience for sure, but the pick-up and truck itself were great.

gary durkovitzI initially chose this location in order to support rural business owners/operators, because my home in VA is also rural. I’m grateful I did, because the move took longer than expected and we were running behind. Although we arrived after 9:00 PM, the Gentleman came out and graciously helped us return the trailer. That’s two pluses, the support after hours and also being so kind to us weary movers. I’m deeply appreciative of his demeanor, and made a point to introduce my daughter so she could thank him as well. That’s good business.

Patrick KuhnsThe Rental Pick Up is excellent. It's the U-haul main hub. I call to rent gave all info they asked. Got to rental pick up and it took a little over an hour. The hub evidentally has very outdated communication. The call was dropped and the hub asked for my same information 3 times. I was late for destination. I would definitely go back to Martin pick-up but I will check to see if the hub has updated their end. U-haul hub your making your pick-up and drop-off not to be desired and it is not their fault.
