A fantastic experience. The owner bent over backwards to accomodate my schedule. The truck was clean, well maintained, performed flawlessly over a 1,400 mile trip. I've rented several U Haul trucks in the Coos Bay area and this was by far the best experience I've had. I cannot recommend this location enough. Thanks for making my move a lot easier.Patrick S.

After the two changes to my reservations were made and I was charged extra plus the fact that I didn't get the truck I had ordered, I would recommend to.friends and family to avoid using Uhaul. There are lots of other companies that rent truck and take customer service seriously!Christopher B.

You can put someone else in the Position held by Tom Ross....the truck I rented had a bad transmission, my driver made it 30 miles and had to limp back..U-haul issued me a receipt for $155.01 instead of charging me the full 370.95 I chatted with U-haul rep. online who sent my complaint to Mr. Ross; who after giving me the receipt for 155.01 reversed it and only credited me 43.22 ! I feel he did this because he was mad that I contacted U-haul to complain about being charged at all. I was supposed to pick up a boat in Eugene that day and was charged $50.00 extra because it wasn't picked up due to not being able to get there with the rented U-haul. I am not a happy person right now over Mr. Ross changing the charge from $155.01 to $327.73...If anything I should have only had to pay the fuel of $43.22 ESPECIALLY after he had already issued a $155.01 receipt to me ! His issuing me the receipt for $155.01 shows that the truck was NOT in the operating condition he wrote to me about AFTER my complaint, or he wouldn't have given me any discount at all !Jenny C.

I was told if we got the truck back after hours same day we would not be charged any extra fee. Apparently we were charged despite what we were told in Salem. There is also another fee I was not aware of so some disappointment at the end of this move with UHaul. Not happy about hidden fees so please phone to explain. 541 551 1071.Greg C.
