The pick up process was very slow. I was in the location for almost one hour.

Well first, I booked online and the website somehow only booked it for 4 hours, it was difficult for me to see where to change the time. So then when I realized the mistake I tried calling and their phone lines were busy so I went online and changed it to two days, the website said ok and I was all set. Then I get a phone call from U-Haul that says I can't have a truck for 2 days for the day I wanted it, but the next day I could. Then they said because I didn't call them I can't have my original booking at all. So basically my complaint is that the U-Haul website makes promises it can't keep and it's hard to find the specific section to book the date which needs more emphasis. Then I needed to extend my one day rental just a few hours. Even though originally all my problems were caused by a default 4 hour rental period, all I can choose to do now is pay for another full day rental. The most offensive thing they do which they always do is when you bring back your rental with more fuel than it had, do they give you a little credit for the extra fuel? No they keep it. But what happens if you return it with slightly less fuel than it had? Well you could be charged for an entire tank. I'm never using U-Haul again unless changes are made.

We were called by uhaul in June 29 asking us to return the uhaul to a different location a day later. We ended up being charged for this extra day, without our knowledge. We will not be using uhaul again.

The poor guy at the counter didn't have a clue what he was doing. Part of the rating is just because it was so inconvenient to go so far.

The back of the truck had a bit of dust & some wood chips. However, it was mostly clean. It was fine for what were were hauling, as everything was stored in boxes. We swept it out well before returning it, to help out. The transaction with the UHaul staff here was quick and courteous.

Drop off SUCKED !!! This agent runs a post office/convenience store/pizza joint and was more interested in selling lottery tickets. I was asked to wait 3 x's as he had 'customers' (guess I did not qualify) get this guy off the list --- I cannot imagine trying to rent a unit from here! if I ever need UHaul again, I will drop off at a different location.

The trailer needs to be made water tight. The surge brakes need to be adjusted.

Very convenient location. Equipment was dirty and wet inside when we got the covered trailer. We reserved a moving dolly and that wasn’t available at the location, which was weird that you can reserve something online with no availability or notice that you won’t get it. Also, weird that I had to pay cash or debit when I reserved with credit card online, I wasn’t expecting that. I did the precheckin but still needed to provide all the same documentation as if I didn’t so it didn’t really save any time. Person was mostly friendly but helped others in between doing my rental.

Much easier to deal in the store than on line. The last time I went U-Haul, I ordered the vehicle on line... a complete s**t show!

The owner was very helpful and is a good reflection on your company. I live four doors away from Mars, so it was very handy for me to pick up and drop the truck off. It ran great and I was very happy.

Gas tank was not full when I picked up the truck. I was expected to return it with 3/4 tank. I did so but I guess I was just slightly off the line and was told that I had not filled it to EXACTLY 3/4. I was not charged and extra but I must say that I feel it is not reasonable to ask me to fill the gas tank to a particular fraction of a full tank. In the past the rule has ALWAYS been: I pick the vehicle up with a FULL tank of gas and I am expected to return it with a FULL tank or a fee will be charged. It is up to the rental outlet to have the tank filled in this case so the next customer does not have to guess at what fraction of a full tank is OK.
