I took the mobile pick up and drop both the places and both of them were showing errors when I approach the people they were new they did not know anything. At the pick up place I waited for an hour almost and while dropping she clearly told me that she is new don't know anything about it (about mobile drop off) and suggested me to call u hail customer support.

Worst service ever. Very disappointed. No one should go through this specially in this winters. Firstly u haul gave me a 9 pm pick for one location. I went there and waited on call for 30 minutes and got to know they cant give me the truck . Then they relocated me and there when i went the locks were frozen so couldnt take the keys out of the box. Then they rescheduled me for next morning. Too much hassle

Truck was parked on a dirt lot behind a building that had no U-Haul signs - no lights- remote area. I arrived early in the morning when it was still dark — this was not my original pick up choice— I had to spend Uber $ to get there- the Uber driver stayed with me until I got through the virtual pick up process because he did not feel comfortable leaving me there — had to walk to the front of building to get the key and there was no lights to see the lock combo letters. It was an unpleasant start to the “moving” process.
