Location was closed when I dropped equipment off, seems pretty decent. I got a receipt for my mileage being over the contract amount in the late afternoon so they seem to be on top of things there.

Parking was very difficult due to over crowding of uhaul trucks, uhaul trailers and other vehicles. Very disorganized.

Upon arrival to pick up the truck, thank goodness the gentleman was there as he informed us the mobile pick up option does not work. The truck was ready for pickup, however, the cab was covered in a lot of dog hair, cigarette ashes on the drivers side, smelled of smoke, there was also sticky in the middle seat. There was a couple pieces of trash left in the overhead area in the back of the truck. After pickup we had to go clean out the truck before making our trip. Upon drop off we completed the mobile drop off but there was not a key drop box, we had to go into the gas station and it was a very uncomfortable location. The gas station worker made us write down on a piece of receipt paper, my name, number, and drop off time so that someone else at a later time could enter it into the system. I was not comfortable doing that at all. We had the truck less than 8 hours.

They lied and charged us for 3 gallons of gas. I have pictures of the gas at pick up and drop off. Crooks

I was charged a extra $15 and I called to find out why and was basically giving a vague answer and I was given a number to call the so call boss Sam but when I called the number the person said I had the wrong number. I will never use this company again

The customer service at the 800 number seemed oblivious. The rep was not very helpful I gave up mid conversation and just let that be the end of it.

After being sent from one place to another trying to retrieve the Uhaul that I reserved when I made it to this location the personal was professional and polite and after the experience I went through this location makes me think about using Uhaul again

I was sent to this location, an hour away from the agreed upon, and confirmed location that I booked. The operator of this location was great at getting me through the paperwork and continuously apologized for the mistake, but it was not his doing. Uhaul needs to get thier company in order. This is the 3rd time this year(2020) i have used them. And have been re routed to get equipment bc the equipment was not at the location that the uhaul website said it was at, or the location was no longer in business, had told uhual they did not do business with them anymore, and they are still sending customers to these locations. I give Mullans Auto a 4.5/5 but uhaul corporate a 0.5/5 for inconvenience, and poor communication

Absolutely nothing excellent service, and reasonable price. Great customer service and very friendly and helpful. Explained contract and,made sure you understood what you where agreeing to. I would recommend anyone needing a Uhaul use Marion Motors LLC.
