The driver's seat adjustment lever is broken, the seat is in a permanent recline which restricts how far back the seat can be moved.

Daniel FImprove your computer system. It took much longer than it needed because the system wouldn't print a document. This held me and the people behind me up in line. It took 10 mins of waiting all for the system to print the document I needed to sign.
Carter WI have no issue with U-Haul, except that I would not rent from this particular location, ever again. The operator made it very clear that it was " a one man show "... He was doing it all on his own and everyone had to wait their turn and be patient. I totally understand that one person can't be everywhere at one time. With that being said, if an operator is so overwhelmed with business, perhaps they should get a secondary associate to help with the daily business functions. Perhaps someone with a more temperate personality, more friendly and willing to help without being snarky and speaking down to the customer with an obviously fake smile and disingenuous friendly attitude. Getting questions answered was difficult at best. Apparently, when you call that location more than twice, you are nothing more than a pest.. and you will be reminded that you have already been given the $2 tour, so to speak, should you wish to clarify anything prior to signing a rental agreement. Upon arriving, My friend and I waited inside the unmanned station for at least 5 minutes, there was no call bell in sight. Finally, wanting to get on the road, I called the phone number I had for the establishment. The call was answered and I was told at that point that I needed to be patient because he had other things going on at that moment.. when he became available to go over the rental paperwork and release the vehicle, I asked if we could walk around the truck with him to note any possible damages, so I wouldn't be blamed for anything upon the return. I was told that he did not do that. He has already looked at the vehicle and documented any damages. He said I could take pictures,etc. , for my personal records, should I feel it necessary. When the vehicle was returned, again, I had to phone The operator in order to Turn the vehicle over, finish up my paperwork and go. That was another 15 minutes wait, just to be told that, once again, it was a one-man show and I needed to be patient...AND, I WOULD NEED TO GIVE HIM ANOTHER 15 MINUTES BEFORE I COULD CHECK OUT BECAUSE HE HAD SOMEONE IN FRONT OF ME. THAT WAS WHEN I OPTED TO GIVE MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND TOLD HIM TO MAIL ME A RECEIPT. If people don't mind unfriendly, fairly inefficient service.. perhaps you would like renting from this location. I felt sick when I saw my rental bill, even though I do what it would be. I don't mind paying a price for good service, as long as I feel like a valued customer. I did not feel valued. I felt unimportant and as though I was asking too much for getting a service I was paying very good money to receive. Should I find it necessary to rent from U-Haul in the future, it will be done at another location, no doubt in my mind.. Even though this location was the closest / most convenient, to my home.

todd mthey had a lot of rentals however the auto trailer I rented was in need of attention. most likely due to the recent weather, the strap ratchets were rusty and very hard to work and the crank for the trailer jack was hard to operate so I had to oil that. after putting the car on i realized the tires were low on air. Otherwise, it towed excellent. the guy I talked to first to get it was very good, the return guy, well, it was on Easter so I will cut him some slack. He did do his job but not bubbly. I would rent from there again.
richard sThe woman and man were not welcoming. I was asked when I returned the truck if I wanted a emailed or printed receipt. I told them I want them to inspect the truck first before I left the place, then the man started talking to me like I was a child. The worst experience I've had from a uhaul place, and I've rented a few times in the last year. I will never rent a truck from here again.

JONATHANPAUL HThe equipment was in terrible condition. One of the tires was illegal to be on the road and lost air pressure 6 times during my travel. I as the consumer did not o own that the tire was illegal. It had 2/32” tread on it. When I dropped the trailer off at the destination location, I went through it with the employee there and he told me that it never should’ve been rented that way. He told me I should contact customer service about the issues with the trailer, as well as let the place I rented it from know what the problems were. When I went to speak to the place, I rented it from the female that worked there named Larissa yelled at me for not inspecting the trailer before I left. It is not my responsibility as the consumer to know what the tread depth is on the tires. She also yelled at me that it was my responsibility to pull over and sit on the side of the road for three hours waiting for roadside assistance, when it never should’ve been rented to me that way in the first place. When I asked her for my copy of the contract back so that I could speak to Customer Service about it since they were very unhelpful at the rental location, she ripped my contract as she was taking it off the counter and then crumpled it up and threw it in my face while screaming at me. She then stormed off yelling how she is sick and tired of everyone telling her how to do her fucking job. This was all on camera at the rental location. I have rented from U-Haul a ton of times in my life and I have never dealt with an issue like this before.

Christopher BClean the dog hair off the seats n garbage under seats. Do not rent a truck for a long trip that has a manifold leak. And $1.00 a mile for overage is highway robbery. With fuel and overage miles truck cost $450. Will use Penske next time

Thomas HMy issue with U-Haul is you advertise for $19.95, but by the time I’m done I’m up to $42 and still had to put $5 in gas in. Thank gosh I only went 11 miles cause at $.79 a mile it can really add up fast. It is a little deceiving. Otherwise, the van we got was in good shape, low mileage, and comfortable.
