The truck we had kept stalling and when it did run it kept making noises like it was going to quit. We are a business and rent uhauls every week this is the first time in years that we have had a problem with one of their trucks.

Trailer had to get a wipe down for some oil or grease. Inside of door needed a wipe down - covered in some substance - dusty, greasy stuff. Otherwise the person who checked us out was very efficient and professional.

Truck was dirty. NO customer service help when I had problems and they were open. Online rentals are not always quicker. Was also way out of my way but the only place that had a truck. Will not use this location again.

Service was great, the truck inside was a bit dirty both in the cab and moving area. The plastic light covering in the truck was on the ground and the side mirror on the truck was broke. They did rent to us on the spot so maybe only suggestion is trucks are cleaned when they come back. But people were very friendly and accommodating.

Shocked at how poorly this operation was handled. This was the third location that I was sent to by Uhaul to get my truck. I reserved my truck days in advance for Location #1 at 12PM, 24 hours of use, 30 miles, $64. The night before my reservation, I receive an email that my reservation has been changed to Location #2 at 2PM. Not ideal, but manageable. Show up to Location #2, there are no trucks there. We get Uhaul on the line, and the representative says there are trucks at a third location and he would tack on some extra free miles because of the extra distance. I then went to Location #3. When I arrived at Location #3, the associate at the desk told me the total cost due would be $134, more than double the original cost. I pull up my reservation on Uhaul.com, and the price is showing $84 (not the original $64 shown at booking but again, manageable). I refresh the page, and the price now shows $124. The associate tells me there is nothing he can do, but that I can call Uhaul. I would expect that to be his job as a Uhaul dispatcher, but here we are. I call Uhaul customer service and the representative tells me she can't see the cost history and it is just showing $124. She then passes me up to a scheduling manager. The scheduling manager tells me she sees the cost history and I did book my truck for $64. She tells me she is going to call the location and walk them through the dispatch process and charge the agreed upon price. The phone never rings. Luckily, a new associate was at the counter at this point and he knew how to edit the cost, and get me on my way. What a nightmare rental experience from Uhaul.

Convenient location. Desk person was available immediately. Had to wait for the outside person to finish pumping full service gas before helping me remove the trailer and send me on my way. Not a big problem though. Only waited about 5 minutes.

When I checked in personnel told me to go to the van and use the app. The app would not work so I went back inside to check in. Same personnel then told me they have poor cell coverage so the app doesn’t work well at their location

The truck was worn, but that is ok. The door didn't shut well. The window handle was broken. The truck did the job though. I've used the mobile app 2 x now. I believe it is convenient in situations when there isn't a counter person available. But, it takes a long time to check out. It is easier to check out at the counter.

The trailer smelled like a barn when opened. Either they or the previous renter should have cleaned out the smell of manure. Not good for cloth furniture smelling like shit.

Staff here is always very polite and knowledgeable. I have rented her many times and it is always a positive experience. Trucks are in good condition and pick up/drop off is very easy. A+ location/service

CLEAN YOUR VEHICLES!!! I read previous reviews and noted a complaint about a dirty vehicle. I checked our vehicle and was appalled at the filth and stench within it. I was under pressure to start my journey so had no time to seek out an alternative rental. The sales people showed no interest in my experience on pick up or return. Is it asking too much to expect a rental van from U-Haul be clean? After all, I paid nearly $300 to use this disgusting vehicle for less than two days on a 480 mile round trip. I still can’t get the stench out of my mind, not to mention the dirt in the cargo area, the animal hair on the passenger seat and the mud on the floor of the cab. My recommendation: don’t be in a hurry when renting from this company and inspect the vehicle before accepting it. Good luck!

Not enough help...had to wait too long for service

Truck wasn't running at 100%. Felt like it would stall when I put the brake on. Just acted like it needed a tune-up. Also - the dolly was not secured inside the back of the truck, leaving it flopping around all over during transport. Otherwise, seamless pick up and return.

We were never told they weren't going to have a furniture dolly for us, which was a crucial part of our moving process. The customer services representatives could care less. They didn't try to contact other locations or anything, just stared us at. Terrible customer service. The location itself had trip hazards all over the place and the truck we received also smelt strongly of cigarettes.

There are two U-haul locations on the same road, within a mile of each other. This is easily the bettet choice. It offers a large parking lot and is also a gas station, so truck can be topped off on fuel in place. The other location is a narrow dirt driveway that ends in what appears to be someone's yard.I happened to have a 15' truck and vehical trailor attached and would have a real good time getting and out of there if I didn't choose the Marrion Ave location.

I had to change my dropoff location because I needed to talk to a real person after my experience and was told to give receipts over to the person at the dropoff location. however, since uhaul loc are closed sunday I had to opt for the location that was not officially a uhaul location. Thus I was left with my receipts without too much clarification on what to do next.
