The location is discontinuing the uhaul service so they had to call to get us into our vehicle. This took about 30 minutes which seems ridiculous and then they promised me an extra 70 km for the hassle. When we returned our vehicle we only got the 50 km and got charged $30 for mileage.

I NEVER write reviews, by this was not a good experience. Got a confirmation email to the wrong location. When I arrived I waited for someone to arrive (a woman who had been sleeping?) and got a 4x8 trailer(I booked a 5x8, so I could fit a queen bed, which did NOT fit in this trailer). The lady had a lot of trouble with the system and i did not want to argue as the man at J and P had already argued with me on the size and location of the trailer. I did not want to make a stink as there was only one trailer on site. I would not recommend this service for anyone with specific needs in terms of Space in trailer or pick up time. The people at the Mariner Motel were nice, just did not have a good experience overall.

person at the desk just took the keys didn't look to see the shape of the vehicle or if gas had been put in it or check the mileage--wasn't very friendly

Please let them know the correct location to pick up the truck. I went to the contract location, only to be told that I was in the wrong location and they had changed the location and sent me an email on July 26, informing me of this change. I showed the gentleman my emails on that day, none to which were from uhaul.
