Natalion SeymourThe brakes did not work on the trailer and almost pushed me into the back of an 18 wheeler. When I arrived at my location I looked in the brake fluid reservoir and it was completely empty. ***PLEASE MAINTAIN YOUR EQUIPMENT!!!*** In this case it could have cost me my life!

Jacqueline IveyWhen I first rented the trailer, the agent did not review the contract with me. He had indicated that it was a 6-hour rental, which I had discovered the next day. So I called the Marine Outlet to rectify the situation. I was expecting a 24-hour contract, which seemed normal to me. The second agent adjusted the return time for me.

KEVIN PRUETTThe only thing I wish had happened was checking the lights on the trailer before I left. After I got home I found out the initial tow vehicle wasn't set up for towing. My alternate vehicle was, but the running lights did not work on the trailer. Causing us to delay leaving and had to get off the road sooner than expected.

Louis TelkMY HUSBAND AND I RENTED A TRUCK. WHEN WE CALLED WE SPOKE TO A GENTLEMAN NAMED RICK. HE SEEMED DECENT ON THE PHONE BUT WHEN WE GOT THERE AND MET, WE DIDNT RECIEVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. HE WAS NO T FRIENDLY. AFTER PROCESSING OUR RESERVATION AND WE WERE GIVEN THE KEYS THE TRUCK WAS FILTHY DIRTY. IT TOOK 25 MINUETS FOR THEM TO RESPOND AND CLEAN IT WITH NO APOLOGIZES. WHEN RETURNING THE NEXT DAY, I CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW WE WERE RUNNING A LITTLE LATE. THE LADY SAID THAT WAS OKAY AND THANKS FOR CALLING. WHEN WE GOT THERE WE TRIED TO TELL RICK THANK YOU BUT HE SAID TO JUST GIVE HIM THE KEYS. WHEN I CHECKED MY BANK STATMENT, THEY CHARGED ME AN EXTRA FULL DAY WHEN I HAD THE TRUCK FOR LESS THAN AN HOUUR. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENED THIS PLACE DUE TO THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CHARGINIG US AN EXTRA DAY WHEN WE DIDNT EVEN HAVE TO THE TRUCK FOR AN HOUR.

LISLE MEEKERThe first time I came here service was amazing, hints why I went back. Second time, not so good. They charged my card twice which left me with 79 bucks to get home and since it was the weekend, I would have no funds till monday. I was not very happy they did that. But I made it home safe!!
William JohnsonWe were told it would be $154 if we went 50 miles, we didn't even reach 40 miles and we were charged $159 PLUS a random $14 charge. I'd like an explanation as to why we were charged that much. The tank was completely full. When we're told a price, it needs to be that price or LESS. Not MORE.

Jeffery RumfieldI AM SERIOUSLY PISSED AT the fact that the UHAUL PLACE charged me $10.00 for an 1/8 of a tank since "according" to them .....it was NOT on a 1/2. Ummm I have 2 receipts totaling almost $44 for the fuel that I put back into that truck last night!!! Customer service in Decatur was OF NO HELP! AND NEITHER WAS the main office upon calling!!! They could have notified me about being able to fill up the truck PRIOR TO CHARGING ME!!! I AM SO DISGUSTED AT THIS THAT I CANNOT EVEN SEE STRAIGHT! I would NOT TREAT PEOPLE THIS WAY AND say I do A GOOD JOB OR HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! POOR OUTCOME UPON RETURNING THE VEHICLE!!!!
