I wasn't told the location would be closed on the drop off date. The online return failed 18 times and I had to sit in hold for 45 minutes until customer service answered the phone. My son managed to find a public wifi that allowed him to finally complete the return. I was also charged $8 for safe tow that I specifically declined when I originally rented the trailer. I will concede the trailer worked as advertised and it was only dirty because of the terrible weather we had over the last few days.

While I only needed the storage for a short time, I wouldn't hesitate to use this storage facility again in the future. Cindy was super helpful and the facility was great. I had no unexpected charges, everything was straight forward.

The straps on the two trailer need to be at least 1 foot longer & the trailer needs to be 2 foot longer. A 2013 Buick Enclave barely fits on this trailer. AND the tire straps barely work with factory tires.

The representative seemed uninterested in the whole transaction. After doing paperwork I was told the trailer number and left on my own to find it and hook it up. I have no problem hooking up a trailer myself, but the way it was done seems like very poor business practice for customer service and even liability on company's part.

Dropping off the uhaul was easy. Their parking lot was a good size and made it easy to pull in and unhitch. No help was needed, even though it was never offered.

I returned the truck on time but they didn't process the return until 2 hours later and charged me for an extra day fee. Also, I was supposed to return the truck with 3/8 of a tank of gas but they charged me for four gallons of gas. No one has called me back to correct this situation.

The trailer's outside was dirty and next time I will check the Tires. There was one that was bald and had a chunk out it. It is a miracle that the tire did not blow on the freeway. I had to use your roadside assistance before I could load it. It took over 4 hours out of my day to have the tire fixed. Also, I had to hook up the trailer on rental day. There was no one there to help me. Not sure if I would rent from this location ever again.

When we picked up the trailer, the girl at the desk said, it's in the parking lot, go hook up and you can go. There was no inspection of the trailer. Only later in the dark, did we realize the running lights of the trailer did not work. Also, the trailer had 2 tires that were nearly threadbare. The trailer never should have left the Uhaul lot with those 2 tires on it. This location needs to do a better job of inspecting their equipment before they send it out.

This was by far the worst and most Inconvenient experience I've ever had with renting a trailer. The trailer wasn't ready when I arrived for my scheduled pickup. It was full of boxes. I had to hook up the trailer myself when I arrived! It didn't have any light connections so I had to spend my own money to buy some because the location said they didn't have any when I called. When I tried calling the 800 number I sat on hold for an hour before I had to hang up because I had things I needed to get done. I would like someone to call me and refund me money for cables and try and fix this mess.

Rep on site was very friendly and helpful, however double charged me for the rental to the tune of $832. After a week this mistake was corrected. Moreover, rep help me hook up the trailer. A I was testing the lights, she hooked up the trailer to the hitch. Upon leaving the site, I got about 400 yards away and the trailer fell off the hitch hit my bumper and drug across the street. I was able to hook the trailer back up and found that she did not screw in the ball hitch capture screw it was totally not screwed down. Came back to the dealership and showed her the damage and how to screw down the hitch to the ball.

Hello, I paid $130 cash and did I would used 50 miles. I Had a card on file that they said they would do the reimbursement but never got it. For driving under 50 miles. When the gave me the truck they said it would be full of gas I got it and it was almost 1-4 tank down so had to go back in an make a new contract. Trash was in the truck when I got in it. Then when I went to Laos the furniture in the back the seals for the Dolley and moving blankets were broken. So I was worried I would be charged for something I didn't use. I would still like to receive my credit back that u haul sod they would pay me. Thanks please call me so I can get my credit back. Of around ~$20. 760.650.5737 if this doesn't work probably going to use timp rental going forward hope you can earn my business

They were great! Super helpful. The only thing I would change is putting a built in jack on the trailer like boats have. It was a bear trying to manhandle that trailer on and off the hitch alone. I know that's not something you can control so just a thought.

I dropped my trailer off an hour earlier than what was stated on receipt and got charged a while extra day for it. I called when I got to the location and was told theyd check it in. make sure they check it when you're there, or they'll charge you an extra day for their time.

customer service, the girl who helped me was not nice at all over the phone and wouldn't give any help to my boyfriend and i over the phone so we had to go to the location, and she wasn't even wearing a mask during these scary times 😬! I asked her over the phone if she had any little trucks available, she said no, then we showed up and she had some, so that's the only thing that kinda sucked

Great service, clean truck. That being said I would never use uHaul again with the ridiculous $1.29/mile charge! Thought it was going to be $40 turned out to be $125 due to the miles charge. I found out about the charge in the online check-in and it was too late to make other plans and find another company to use.
