The lady who served me was not ready for me and did not return my call until the following day when I asked about renting it for an extra day. She also expected me to take pictures of everything including gas and milage for before and after. She did not show me around the truck or anything. And at one point told me she didn't have her phone and asked if I could come back. Which I couldn't because I was from out of town and had a ride waiting for me. I did not feel she was prepared or understood what she was doing. This was my first experience with uhaul and I don't think I will returnSara W.

The pickup was perfect, drop off not so much. I could not get past the location on my cell phone my location was turned on but your website could not find me. I went home and tried on the computer and it wouldn't let me log in. I called the 1800 number and finally got to talk to a rep after being on hold for over an hour.G CRAIG G.
Train the staff at this location. The gentleman was disorganized, confused, and unsure of the process. We had numerous errors and blunders. The trailer was not clean. I had to clean it before usage. If I left the trailer like that, uhaul would bill me additional cleaning fees.Nick M.

I was charged for the â€œsafe moveâ€ of $57.50 taxes in.. I did not add this â€œsafe moveâ€ to my package.. the day of pick up, the system was being glitchy & I assume that's why I was accidentally charged for â€œsafe moveâ€ although I did not hit the button to add it to my order. I am currently trying to get the $57.50 back since it was automatically withdrawn from my visa (without my consent)Sarah B.

Marie was awesome when helping me with ym payments. unfortunately when she called for help from the contact numbers she got a woman named jade who felt it was appropriate to huff and puff and got amnnoyed easily and only listened to half of what Marie was saying to her. jade then followed up with a comment of " I'm not taking 15 dollars off his order because he has credit issues. which was not the case for the call she then proceeded to transfer Marie to someone that could help her without telling her and we got an answering service. Marie then called back a second time and got ahold of another lady who was completely opposite of jade and took her time to help \Shawn W.

The service provider was not there when I showed up. I had to call a cell phone number taped to the door as the person working did not know I was picking up my truck in person. This delayed the overall pick up process by at least 20 mins on a strictly timed moving day. The employee also wore his mask covering underneath his mouth so both his mouth and nose were exposed the whole time. Once things got sorted out, the truck was clean and things went more smoothly but overall quite unprofessional to show up for a move and have the employee not there and not aware I was arriving.Maggie H.

The actual process for renting a â€œsimple trailerâ€ is just pain staking. The info and questions asked are just too much. The guy would enter info I gave him, the system wouldn't co operate. It just frustrates the customer when the the guy renting the equipment to you has no other choice then call head office to get them to help. 45 minutes to rent a trailer is too long. But the guy at the site was very helpful to me.wade W.

I gave my travel distance in km and it came back as miles which is a lot higher and myself personally that all trucks should be fuel when picked up and refueled on return because I had no ideal how much it would burn and couldn't afford to take a chance on how much to put inRobert H.
