The location was changed last-minute (the day before) which was very, very stressful and frustrating when you are preparing to move. Although the staff was able to help us find a better location in the end, last-minute changes to the pickup location are really, really not acceptable and make for a poor overall customer experience.

Please explain why I have to fill up the tank when I get the truck at half. It was cheaper to get the extra fee for not filling it up than it was to fill it up. Make that make sense.

Unmanned pick up locations are not easy to navigate through the internet. A phone assistant would be able to walk customers through the process. Horrible way to provide customer service. I'll go to a counter pickup from no on.

The equipment had a faulty front tire. We had to call for roadside assistance. We had to wait 1/2 hour to get the call back and then we were told we had to wait over an hour for the assistance to arrive. We filled the tire and drove home. We were told to call once we got there, which we did. This time we waited an hour and a half for the callback, and another two hours for assistance to arrive. Fortunately we were home. But the process put us more than a half day behind schedule. The vehicles need to be maintained better, checked regularly by the leasing stations, and the roadside assistance response time needs to be a lot shorter.

i forgot to mention when i got in the truck that the 'check engine' light was lit. it was fine and no problems except it pulls slightly to the left. the guys are great and make renting an easy experience.

Van was dirty and had food in it. I also asked for furniture pads and a dolly to be in van. Neither were in it and we were still charged for this equipment! I asked the attendant to remove these charges and he assured me that he did. He never removed these charges and I had to pay for the equipment i never received. I will not rent from this place again!!!

Please tell the customers when the pickup location will be closed when the customer is due to arrive at a location that has an earlier closeing from the average store. My original pickup location closed early w/o my understanding and we had to scramble to find another location with the available truck. I was unable to understand the self pickup arrangements that I was asked to follow. I had men waiting to do the actual move so I just found another location to rent from as mentioned above. Thanks for asking

When I went to pick up my uhaul for the 8:30 pick up time the uhaul was not there. I was sent to the new location where I finally picked up a uhaul at 9:30. However, when I got to the location, the uhaul was not ready. I had to wait for the uhaul pre-work to be taken care of when it was already an hour past my pick up time. This hour delay set me back significantly in my move. I would like a response on this matter.

1)The clerk kept inquiring about my personal business which delayed my pick up. He wanted to know my occupation, how I got the job, how he can apply for the job even though he doesn't have a social security number and has never had a job since coming from Pakistan. 2) The van was dirty with the oil change light illuminated 3)I referred someone specifically to this location and the clerk was absolutely rude to her 4) I drove 53 miles and was charged $76 I've used this location for years and never had this experience.

I went less than 20 mules the the gas station owner said to put $50 of gas into the truck. I told him I would gas the vehicle to the same level it was when I took the truck. It was less thann10.00 to accomplish that. He didn't come & check the gauges himself. I told him the engine light was on & the tow light was on when I took the truck. Seemed indifferent & was in the phone with someone speaker phone when I came to pick up & drop off. Gracias

This was by far the worst rental experience I have ever had. The computer system was not working when I called the 800 number I was on hold for over 30 minutes. I had 20 people waiting for me and I was tied up for over an hour before I could get the truck. CJ the agent was professional but was not able to get the system working. He was able to reach support but nothing worked. Honestly your customer service is the worst.

Mobile pick up did not work, 20 minute wait for vehicle pick up, attendant noted wrong fuel amount and forced an inspection sign off without inspecting vehicle. The van was filled with plant clippings that I cleaned and fuel had less thann 3/4 tank when marked full. The attendant indicated he had no responsibility to report that correctly since it was UHaul's vehicle and not his. Poor experience.

The uhaul location is my go to for all my moving needs. I recently sold my home to downsize for retirement. The owner is always able to provide a truck even on short notice.

The truck was dirty upon pick up. This is frustrating as a customer, because I then have to use part of my rental time to clean the truck. This cuts greatly into my move time. The truck was also a little finicky to start and the gear shifter had to be in an exact spot for the truck to start. Margate BP was a good location. Easy to access and find trucks. Staff was good enough. I like picking up from a gas station as it's easy to fill the truck back up when dropping off. I would rent from here again. Much better than my last experience (Shell on Russell St in Baltimore)

The truck was very dirty and the rubber seal around the passenger door was half off and hanging in the car. It had not been cleaned between me and the previous renter. There was still a drink cup, for example. The light for the airbag was on making me think it wasn't working. Mechanically, sometimes when shifting into drive, the car remained in neutral and I had to try a couple times before it went into gear. However, the folks in the attached gas station that rented it were very nice!

I rented the uhaul for 6 hours and only needed it for 3 hours. When I returned the truck I was charged a $20 late fee. I didn't catch the late fee charge until I got back home. When I called to dispute he charge the associate was rude. So when I drove back to the uhaul location the same associate I spoke with on the phone made it seem like I was being difficult with her. The receipt clearly showed I only had the truck for 3 hours. Eventually I was issued a credit but they whole experience was unnecessary.
