I arrived to my destination and took the truck and car lift the next day to the drop off location. The attendant was courteous and instructed us where to park the truck, it was the easiest process ever.MARIA E C.

I neve saw the employee as they left befor the store closed and they didn't close in the trailer I left until the next day and then had the nerve to charge me for an extra day???? Very shady !! Some people wouldn't even notice the extra day that employee tried to charge me. Now I have to wait 40 minutes on the phone to get it corrected, not too happy about this.WILLIAM M.

Let your local reps contact your roadside assistance. Ours could not fine anyone to help and was not trained in what to do. She went out of here way to help after hours!! I am sure she did not get paid or recognized for her excellent attempts to help us.Richard G.
I returned the trailer on Saturday but it wasn't entered into the system until Wednesday. I then was charged for two days over rental time, when I returned it the day after we rented it, well within the 3 days. I took a photo with a timestamp, so thankfully the main call center changed the time of return in the system. I haven't received the refund yet, but hopefully in the next day or two!KENT M.

We got charged a cleaning fee and we swept out the truck in the cab and in the box! Dont understand why!! Will call later today for an explanation!! The lady acted like she really didnt know what she was doing...so I would not recommend this place at al!!Lisa S.
I was double charged for my reservation when the uHaul employee gave my uHaul to the next person when I returned it. Obviously she never checked mine in before issuing it back out to the next person. Even getting the uHaul was almost impossible bc the employees couldn't find the uahul lady and when she was called she said she didn't have anything available so I had to book online to even get her to return to the gas station to help me. She was extremely helpful hooking it up but that doesn't make up for the double charges or having difficulty renting in the first place.Lauren P.

Whoever I spoke to at our Alabama regional office was absolutely the rudest customer support rep I've ever spoken with in my life. When I asked if there were any eligible discounts for my AC in truck not working/not having all the equipment I needed she LAUGHED and then hung up on me. Absolutely horrible.Matthew J.

There was only one employee serving multiple pick up appointments at the same time. I had to wait an hour. Once a second employee arrived everything went smoothly.Lori S.
Had a horrible experience. The rental process was not followed and I had to go back to pay bc she didn't charge me adding mileage to my total driven. She didn't even offer any apology for the inconvenience or offer to include the extra mileage to my allotted mileage due to her mistake.Tori G.

The drop off experience via a mobile was a disaster. The share location didn't work after numbers of tried via Safari and since no instructions switched to mobile chrome. Same results Went to live chat. Which after 10 minutes no agent responded. Called the 800#. â€œ10-15â€ minute wait was actually 31 minutes. Was then told that oh you have to not only go into location services on in your settings but you have to go into Safari app and update those settings as well WHY are Safari directions not included since the whole premise is to check out on your phone but directions are provided for chrome and IOS which very few use on mobile Pick up was good. Truck was fine. Drop off process was 2 hours I'll never get back and your customer service platforms leave a lot to be desiredThomas K.
