Truck had exterior damage, engine light was on, fuel was on empty and tires looked cracked on the sides.
Sherman S.Be aware of extra charges! The staff was rude and abrasive over the phone, but appeared more pleasant in person. That could be because he knew he was going to add extra charges without discussing it with me first. Parking was limited. I didn't go into the location as I was met in the parking lot.
Kristen B.I really appreciated the friendlieness and professionalism of Kelly. She signed me up quickly. She even backed the truck out of a tight place since a Pepsi truck had partially blocked access to the truck. She explained everything to me. Give that lady a raise!

Octavia W.I completed my reservation online. Checked in online for a 3 pm pick up. There was nobody there when I got there. Nobody came to work this day. Gas station people called another location. The man that runs the other store was going to come meet me but I ended up hooking it up myself. Also, how is someone supposed to hook up lights on the trailer when the plug is located 2 feet back on the hitch?

She made the effort to let me know that truck was available at an earlier time than I had requested. She also provided good advice on price comparisons for local versus one way drop off rental. She is asset to the business. The truck was very comfortable and fora truck that size drove very easily. Gracias
Steve S.The vehicle leaked a bit of oil and the check engine light came on at the end. It wasn't the best running U-Haul we've ordered, but it worked. It was clean, but I wouldn't say well maintained. Nothing wrong with the venue though.
Chelsea L.If a rental is less than 24hrs, I think that charging for (2) days is unreasonable.

Reza B.First off...Don't take money twice from credit card inform customers in PERSON of their fee upon returning the truck. Not charged twice and informed a second price through no Email

paul T.N/A - it's a little hard to get to, but the location really is good. The phone never answered which may have been because it was in a gas station with only one attendant but maybe it could be advertised as such so customers don't continually call.

Jacqueline H.I neve saw the employee as they left befor the store closed and they didn't close in the trailer I left until the next day and then had the nerve to charge me for an extra day???? Very shady !! Some people wouldn't even notice the extra day that employee tried to charge me. Now I have to wait 40 minutes on the phone to get it corrected, not too happy about this.
