The vehicle’s need to have a deep clean. I sent pictures to “U-Haul Cares” Twitter of how disgusting our vehicle was. There was old food and the inside of some sort of tobacco product on the floors and in the cup holder. We had to call Roadside assistance because of a loud screeching noise our vehicle made once we got it which resulted in Roadside assistance having to replace the belt in our motor that took over 2 hours delaying our move.

Robert StrongI think it would be a good idea to have actual Uhaul employees on site, or to at least have an employee come by to take care of the trucks. Unfortunately when we got our rental truck, it was completely covered in snow and the employee that was there (appeared to be the gas station attendant who also runs the uhaul rentals) was no help at all. We had to try to clean it off ourselves which we were not prepared to do.

Kingsley JonasI took over 30 minutes just to pick up the Uhaul due to the cashier. He was very unhelpful. The UhAul was FILTHY when we received it. I had to clean it out before we could even use it. The can of the truck was also extremely dirty with trash littered all inside of the truck. The estimate online was not even close to what I was charged. I got a $76 estimate and when I arrived I had to pay $120.

JOHN SPRATLEYThey had horrible attitudes no professionalism, no customer service!!! They refused to apply my VIP code that I attached to my reservation ONLINE. Then they FRAUDULENTLY added a $15 safe move charge that I NEVER AGREED ON. I did my reservation ONLINE and I decline that so why is that charge on my reservation ??!!! Then I call customer service 3 times and they keep giving me the runaround saying that the manager will contact me and adjust the receipt. They never did get in contact with me because I got a final receipt emailed to me for $109???? I will NEVER EVER in my life use UHUAL ever AGAIN!!! I will NEVER suggest UHUAL to my friend & family!!! I will be disputing this with my bank since y’all want to play with peoples money and fraudulently add extra charges on my booking without my consent !

mohsin KHANWhen I arrived to pick up the truck I started the truck and it had the ABS light on, stabilizer traction light on which means the brake system could be faulty. I advised the not so friendly man and he gave me attitude. I asked where the hand truck was that was on my reservation he said very rudely we don’t have them here. After all the attitude and ignorance they gave me a different truck. I didn’t sign anything for gas and miles for this truck and was told just leave. Returning the truck was even worse. I got called every cuss word you could think of screaming at me in front of my daughter being told I was rude to the other man. Was told to f$&@ off. Yes I did exchange some rude words back but I wil not tolerate being called a b$&@h amongst being screamed at. This is unexceptable and was in shock the way I was treated.

lonnie wrightThis location does not have much Uhaul signage and it was a bit unclear where to go. Maybe a clear sign to check in at the gas station office? I was given a van with low pressure in one on the tires. When I brought this to the attendant's attention, he insisted that it was due to the cold weather and would correct as when I got driving. He didn't even leave his office to take a look and just sent me on my way. It did not self correct, and I ended up having to stop and fill the tire myself discovering it was at less than half the recommended pressure.
Louise HuukiUhaul changed my drop off when I arrived at designated site. There was no room. So I wasted 2 hours of my time sorting out issue, driving to new location, moving trailer etc to one spot, moving truck in another. I brought that trailer down to Maryland for uhaul, I didn’t need it. No one appreciated that. I should get a full refund after all that grief!

Regina JonesMake sure that the tires have air in them. It was frigid cold and 1 tire was 50 lbs low on air. I had to stand outside in 11 degree weather with the wind gusting up to 30 mph to put air in the tire. There must be a slow leak in the tire because I had to do it again before I returned it.

SHAWN WASHINGTONI used the mobile app to pick-up and drop-off. Requested 2 hours, returned on time. The app would not allow me to return, so I had to seek help. During the time working the app and seeking help I went over the 2 hour time by 17 mins and was charged an extra day of $39.00 & initial rental was $19.00. This doesn't make sense if I requested 4 hours and returned at this time there would be no extra charge. Fix your system!

Unfortunately, during the time of having the rental, I had a couple of extremely devastating things that happened, all in 2 days. From losing my grandfather, to my father having 3 massive heart attacks and being in the ICU. I was frantic. Your customer support team has gone above and beyond for myself and my family. I can't thank you enough.

Gentlemen at the checkout/cashier spot wasn’t knowledgeable whatsoever, seemed like he had the bare minimum of training on what he’s suppose to do for uhaul, granite I’m sure it’s pretty simple because he basically just transacts and gives the keys. However, he didn’t even question if I wanted any extra making my bill high. I called customer service and talked to two representatives which they did amazing. They helped me quick & efficiently. The last rep transferred me over to the manager Dave, who was super friendly, personable & amazing. He did what he needed to do to get me my price I was quoted prior to pick up. & he contacted the cashier, once done there he then called me back to make sure I was good to go. The people at the uhaul place on Annapolis rd were absolutely amazing too! Super helpful, friendly, easy going & very informative.

Luis PalaciosThe pick up truck was very dirty inside and out. Smelled like cigarette smoke. When I returned they charged me $25 cleaning fee and told me it was dirty. I can send pics to you if you like. I had to clean the steering wheel and stuff I would touch cause it was dirty. So he told me the gas and break pedal was dirty.
