I reserved this for mobile check in. When I got there, the employee/owner did not understand that and the truck was not ready as it should have been. He proceeded to complete my check in manually. He was making racist/prejudice comments through the whole process. The truck was in poor condition and when I finally got to take it, there was a huge crack across the entire windshield. Overall, the experience was terrible and I wouldn't go back to that place under absolutely any circumstances. That business should not be a uhaul rental agent at all.

The people inside that helped us were very nice. The area to where we picked up the truck was not very good. The truck itself had a cracked windshield, no knob to Wind the passenger window down, And to move the driver seat was very difficult it took me about five minutes pulling and pushing it back-and-forth before I could move it forward to be able to drive. Not quite the standards that I have had in the past renting U-Haul trucks. But again the staff was very nice and very helpful

I felt very uncomfortable when the owner/manager at this site discouraged me from wearing my mask saying "don't fall for the hoax" I then noticed he had a Trump hat on 🥺 he then said "covid isn't real" 😬 I told him I have family that died from it and he said " they died from something and they told you it was covid " 😧 if I didn't need to move I would have left 😢

Lack of any parking. Truck was blocked in had to wait 40 minutes for the owner to move the other trucks so I could leave. The truck cab was dirty and reeked of smoke. Mirror on drivers side was cracked and could not adjust it

Truck was very dirty (nasty) inside it looked like it had not been cleaned in a year. it took the employees about 15 minutes to actually get truck unblocked for me to leave in it.

Because The sales person who I documents with had the truck towed an lied an reported it stolen my items are still in the truck even an 1,000$ labtop everyday that I kept the uhaul extra I would pay I still have the truck key an I need to talk to an supervisor please call me this needs to be resolved asap

Only negative I saw was that the parking lot for the trucks is very small. They had other vehicles blocking the rental trucks so it wasn't possible to have a contactless transaction renting this vehicle. It was necessary for the staff to help move the vehicles out of the way so I could get the rental truck out of the lot. But this is all minor stuff. The staff was excellent. The truck was excellent. The location was convenient. Overall I'm very satisfied with my experience and I'll prob come back and rent the truck again in a few weeks

Back of it was not swept out. Used my app to reserve and pick up. Day before it told me to go to a different location to pick it up. Had to call UHAUL and they instructed me to go to original location.

The truck was filthy. The check engine light was on as well. The transmission wouldn't shift and would rev the engine at around 25 mph. I ordered dollies and when I got there was told we don't have those check other places.

Drop off location was confusing. When I called to ask for help since the drop off area was full the man told me that he didn't open for another 15 minutes in a rude tone. Drop off area was in a sketchy alley way with no room for a Uhaul + trailer. I had to leave the Uhaul on a side street since there was no help nor room to drop off. Choose a different place to drop off if you can.

I reported the owner of this establishment to U-Haul. Upon walking into the store, I was greeted by the owner who told me “masks weren't required in here.” I told him I respect him, so I wear a mask. He told me the “science proves they're dangerous.” My girlfriend returned a U-Haul to this location 2 weeks ago and she had the exact same experience. This U-Haul dealership is a dangerous place to patronize and I never will again, despite it being about a mile from my home. The shop owner was disrespectful to me and the public by not only refusing to wear a mask himself, but encouraging customers to not and spewing JUNK “science” at customers. I've never been more frustrated at a simple experience. In addition to that, there was dirt smudged on the inside of my truck and an empty water bottle on the floor. I don't mind it, but it's evident that this owner doesn't even take the time to inspect the vehicles before renting them out to people. I have photos of the inside of the vehicle if needed. I feel very strongly the owner of this shop needs to be reprimanded by U-Haul.

Clerk failed to confirm that the truck was actually at location on time. I waited over 45 minutes at a rundown pawn shop in a bad neighborhood for the truck to finally arrive. Also, I had purchased moving blankets from the company and expected to have them. They were not in the truck which resulted in several pieces of my furniture being scratched. I am certain I will never use this location again and will consider other companies before u-haul every time. I will not be recommending this location to anyone and will urge strongly against it.

The only issue i carry is the one with the main people over the accounts ive never done anything wrong when it came to uhaul but yet im responsible for someone else's bill thats my sister but that aint my debt and i never agreed to help pay her account or none of that dont add people onto others accounts if they're not legally responsible because you can get sued for that

The pick up site was extremely dirty and smelly. The shop owner was holding a vape pen the entire time he processed our pick up. He blew vape smoke all over my license and credit card. It was musty and not clean in the shop.
