Better online experience to pick up
Nakia P.Truck not ready on time. Also Did not have the right dolly. The appliance dolly I was given instead was not useful for me.

STEVON T.There was no washer fluid in the truck. The pick up process was... clunky at best. Not user friendly at all.
Nathan P.1. Need to clean the van specially in the passenger area. 2. get the van with a full tank, it is impossible to get it back at the same level (1/4 tank in my case). i ended up giving away 1/4 tank for free, unless uhaul gives a discount when bringing it back with more gas.
