Linda BarrettWe requested not to have all the extra stuff like the dolly and sheets but the put them.in the van anyway and they were in the way and we were told if we removed them we would be charged. And of course we had to remove them because they were jutting our and taking up space, and now we are charged aven though we brought our own and didn't use it.

Michael DelallaI do wish U-Haul had an app that was less glitchy… Too many times I have to go inside and bother the employees of the store because the app will not work… Kind of defeats the purpose of doing everything ahead of time if I just have to redo it in person… I wish it didn’t take me a half hour to pick up my van but the app seems to work less than the majority of the time

VIACHESLAV BLYZNIUKI didn't realize that some of the accessories were not at the pick up location, they were at a different location. Had I known, I would have picked up at the location that had the accessories, not at the closer pick up location that I had arranged. This should be made clearer in the on line booking process.

Mark Kenneywe loaded truck & battery died took several hours for road service to arrive for jumpstart called and placed on hold forever by multiple people noone seemed to know what was going on or able to help road service for dead battery should be reasonably quick & simple - jumpstart was all that was needed battery died because we placed hazard lights on while loading - aren't you supposed to do that by law when loading in a thorough fare - we thought we were doing the right thing. battery was 4 years old - 2019 batteries should be better monitored for maintenance or replacement

ROBERT WILLIAMSThere was some initial confusion about when and where I was to pick up the trailer which may have been between the store proprietor and "uhaul traffic". This was probably a one time occurance but it was unsettling to have a uhaul person who was not the store proprietor call me with a pickup date a month later telling me I would have to pick up the trailer somewhere else. Everything worked out fine in the end. I question whether you need to have free pre tow inspection. Your online information lists the requirements for the hitch and wiring and customers should be able to verify by them selves. When the vehicle arrives for pickup you can quickly see if the hitch system is appropriate and use your wiring tester. This would save time for your employee and for your customer. I didn't actually time how long it took me to get the pre-tow inspection, but I estimate I spent 0:40 to 1:00 for the round trip. I want to thank you for the way you for the way you handled the issue we had . We had rented the trailer for a one way trip to western NY State and had to abort our trip because of illness. We have recovered from illness. The financial results for our non trip were very fair. We will be recommending you and we will be renting a trailer again in a couple of weeks depending on the weather. Thanks again!
ALEXANDER SCOTTConsidering that I’m a repeated customer. You also charged me for a piece of equipment / a dolly that was never provided by uhaul. $7.99. Their was never a dolly on the pickup truck. The whole pickup process via phone totally SUCKS for repeating customers.
