I rented a truck in North Attleboro and dropped it off at Mansfield Ma they charge me $ 20 for dropping it off in the wrong place even if they didn't specify where I should drop it off. bad bad experience charging me for their own mistake

Customer know that he's going to be overcharged for two additional days four times the amount advertise on the side of the vehicle + 6/9 + 2 Mile which says on my contract unlimited 750 miles but I was charged $700 for 9 days use glad I could make that month's payment for you

Very easy in and out on both ends. And a lot less than I expected. I needed the truck for just a few hours more than 2 days and so I didnt sendup paying for the full 3 days. This was used for a non profit so every penny counts.

I had the truck for a little over three hours by the time I made my payment I paid $46 taxes and fees ridiculous

Filled the gasoline tank to level specified on the contract (the level when the truck was picked up). Charged another $6 for under filling even though gauge at the time of filling was spot on (at night) and supposedly read less in the morning when it was checked in (due to evening cooling???). It was a Mobil station and I had the receipt for gas at their station but still got charged. Didn’t leave a good taste in my mouth about 24 hour returns. Should have called me at check in as I live less than a mile away or just put the $1 in themselves.

This location was a complete mess and a poorly run operation. The same can be said for U-Haul as a whole. The pick-up location doubles as a gas station/car repair shop and my U-Haul representative was being pulled in several directions at once. In addition, the U-Haul website/portal was crashing and returning errors for a full hour while we tried to confirm my rental. I sat in a dirty chair with car parts poking me in the back for a full hour while I watched and waited for a website to correctly load and the representative to actually pay attention to the selections he was clicking through. When I returned my rental only a few hours later, I could only drop off the keys to a gas station cashier. This person knew absolutely nothing about the U-Haul renting process and could not give me a drop-off receipt or really anything at all. I had to hope that the key would not be lost and that my rental paperwork would be properly closed on the next business day. To make matters worse, I just received my receipt with the final charges. I cross-checked this with my credit card bill and now I see that I have MULTIPLE pending charges that align with the initial hold charge when I picked up the rental. I understand one holding charge, but two? Overall, I rate this experience a solid 0/5 stars.

Little confusing at first if it was the right location because it’s displayed as a Mobil gas station. The shop is located in the convenience store. After that it was quick and easy.

There was a problem with the computer, so there was about a 20 min wait to get the truck...I had pre-paid online to avoid this. Also, there is no waiting room per se - it's a mechanic garage / gas station. The guys were nice, but you're just kind of standing there in the middle of a service bay. I had also reserved and paid for 1 dozen furniture pads...the location didn't have any. It's also worth noting that I had reserved my truck at a full service UHaul location (and, again, pre-paid for everything) and received an email changing the location at the last minute. So, I ended up at a garage, having the exact experience I was trying to avoid.

Customer service was horrible they will not take my debit card they wanted a cash deposit I'm thinking because I was a black woman trying to rent a truck and all-white neighborhood customer service over the phone was horrible The representative over the phone with in accommodate us know kind of conversations just a horrible experience in the Walpole area would not recommend anybody anybody to this location

Inside of the cab was very dirty - full of candy wrappers, etc. Obviously no one bother to clean it at all. The inside of the van smelled like stale cigarette smoke. I ended up spraying Febreeze every day just to tolerate it. Truck ran fine and pickup/dropoff was easy.

Your advertised $19.95 a day is misleading with fees and mileage tax it totaled $39.95 ,still a good deal . Maybe you should think about making the fees a little bigger on the trucks so you can read it.

There was a discrepancy with the insurance charge. The rental attendant could not adjust the amount and I had to file a challenge with U-Haul Customer Service. I am still waiting for a response after 48 hours.

A simple old fashioned "service" station , efficient and nicely done service . Truck was new , clean and ready right after snow storm . Easy pick up , easy drop off , no bs , fair price , that's pretty much what you want .

Wish I was charged for the miles I drove instead of what I estimated. U haul should track the miles I drive and charge me for that instead of asking me what I think I'm going to drive and charge me that because i over estimated therefore overcharged. Unfair

It was very easy to order the van online and pick up of the van was simple. Friendly,quick service. Van was clean and ready to go.

I feel leaving the gas gauge at a quarter full is a poor idea, people who rent at the time, do not want to fill up and go, they want to rent & go, I feel this is a poor call on UHaul to leave the gas gauge so low. It can look like to possiblities, one the Mobil owner wants the consumer to buy the gas there or the previous renter left the van almost on empty. I would recommend the van and the site of the UHaul rental, but advise them on the poor gas system that is required. This does make me think twice if would rent that way. The average consumer over all does not mind tapping off.

live up to your reservations when you rent in one place two months in advance you should not call the day before and tell people to pick up truck and trailers in two differance locations u should put them together

This is just a gas station with a few trucks in the parking lot. Zero signage. When I came for my truck, I walked up to the gas station attendant and he said to go into the garage. I talked to the mechanic and he said a different mechanic was in charge of the trucks. Eventually the mechanic who was in charge of the uhaul trucks showed up. The gas in the truck wasn't even full. Ironic given that the location is a gas station. Not terrible service, but definitely below average.

The UHaul "office" is a garage that is kind of a mess. I would at least clean the garbage and get old junk off the floor or thrown out. Take some pride in your workplace.

Man in garage was rude. He told me the computer system was down to try and get rid of me. After realizing I had a reservation he finished what he was doing and brought me over to the computer witch worked perfectly fine. He never offered any help connecting the trailer nor did he come outside to check anything before I left.
