Location was not my problem, Your online service is awful. I could not pick up my U-Haul for an hour because no one could help me. Time to invest in some online software or employees that know what they're doing. U-Haul is not ready for mobile check-in yet. Stick with using a live person.Shawn B.
the picture for the key box needs to be updated it's in a different location. The app is garbage took for ever to load then when it did it did it would say session expired took a half hour just to check in and another half hour to check out not the locations faultFrank V.

I am really upset that it is only $0.69/mile in Dutchess County and it cost me $1.99/mile when I rented a truck moving to dutchess county from the Bronx. I believe that was really unfair. That is 3 times the price I paid here. I'm truly disappointedSaudia B.
Trailer light was busted. We had to repair it on our own. The owner and workers at the location wouldn't offer help and didn't seem to care the clip to the light on the trailer wasn't working. The ratchet to the straps that held the right wheel was also loose and came off while driving several times during out trip.Stephen H.
I was disappointed that my drop off location was changed after I picked up my truck and was in route. The new drop off location was about 20 minutes further away and difficult to find. You should have stuck to the terms of the original contract as you would have required me to do.MICHAELJAMES R.

Overall this experience was awful. We weren't given one of the dollies we reserved and then we're charged full price for the item $70 worth when it wasn't even given to us and were told we could argue it later- but guess what that charge is still on my card. Also after cancelling our confirmed reservation twice- one of which was day of for the pickup we were then charged for another full day when I had called to request an extension. At the end of the day- I wish we went with movers- this wasn't worth the headache and the â€œguaranteedâ€ reservation is laughable since it clearly wasn't guaranteed twice in a row after they changed it on us. Oh and it was a smaller vehicle- so my boyfriend had to make 2 trips back and forth 3 hours. Awful awful experience- moving is stressful enough and now throw in an unreliable company- customer service was kind and helpful the first time around when calling to extend the reservation- but the supervisor apparently Didn't communicate this and they told us they had to charge us for it anyway. Now I have to waste more time on the phone with customer service again.Christian A.

I would have giving a 5 start location is great specialty fro those who live around the area, however the cleaning and maintenance of equipment should be a priority because the truck I rented had a faulty rear doorâ€¦. Advice for future renter. Check all door make sure the mechanisms from rear door are in good condition prior to departureAlexander C.

Nothing to do with the location. I was never sent a copy of the contract via the app. There have been many issues with the app. I hope uhaul starts to fix them.Dan S.
I had to drive a hour from my house to pick up the trailer. There are closer u haul locations but not one had an available trailer. I even asked for one near my work and nothing available. I think u haul should move the trailers closer to customers instead of me having to go out of my way to pick one upKenneth H.

The location in the rear of the stripmall was a little difficult to find. Should have a sign out front that says you need to drive around the right side of the mall.ANN MARIE D.
For an extended mileage rental, a full tank of gas would be helpful. If you have to fill the tank before your journey so you don't have to refuel it's not as convenient.Robert T.

The truck was easy to find but I wouldn't do mobile pickup again. I had to use a mobile hot spot because the Internet connection was very slow. I was missing equipment from my truck and since the store was closed that day no one could help. The approval process for mobile pickup was also a pain. It took a while to approve my identification which included a drivers license, passport, and my lease agreement. The process requires your phone to have the location setting on too which I don't do normally, so it took even longer to figure out that you have to go through 2 different settings to do that. Overall it took a half hour when it should have 10 minutes or less. If I knew I had to go through that I would have just taken off work and picked it up during normal business hours.Samantha C.
