I have been a regular customer of u-haul, but this time I have a very bad representative he just wants to make money and not serve the customer as is normal in other stores, I can't understand why they give a grocery store a franchise, If he serves the customers of his store or the customers of u-haul, a bad experience both in the delivery and in the receipt of the equipment, gerardo robayo 226-2808369

Got kicked by a lady when went to pick up my truck.
I do not agree with the extra fuel charge against me. I topped-up the fuel even more than the level I met it ( I can send the receipt to you as evidence) only for me to be charged again. I think the way the fuel gauge is assessed is not to be objective. It will be appreciated (especially for this location because I have not experience this in other locations) if an objective way of gauging the fuel level is established. Thank you.
Nothing special
I have used UHaul several times, never have I seen such a poor service, even though I reserved a truck for 24hr online, this location forced me to return it in 4 hours, when I said I cant, they charged me double the price. Even this was not enough, they were discussing which way to part the car on slope to check gas gage, even though I put gas in it for driving only 15km, they were not convinced. VERY POOR SERVICE. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION, SAVE YOURSELF FROM HEADACHE.

I paid way too much to use a Uhaul for less than an hour. I didn't even receive my deposit back they gave me $120 back in cash..
Staff was not prepared (key not in box and confused about internet reservation). Was resolved in around 5 minutes.

The rented dolly and furniture pads should be brought out by attendant. We should not have to do it. And I am a tax-exempt Native and presented my card, yet I was still charged full taxes. This is a violation of Revenue Canada rules re: status Natives. The attendant had no idea how to do it on the computer, and didn't seem to want to be bothered with finding out. This is the second time this has happened to me, and I will avoid UHaul from this point on.
They gave us for only 2 hours. Owner are not nice. For 2 hours they charge us around $54. We gave uhal truck by time. While during purchase they created latency. I wouldn't have given them not even single star. It was that bad experience.
The owner was very pleasant and extremely helpful and maturely handled our needs.He was very patient and helped us tremendously without complaining or getting annoyed (which he could have)The only thing that would be better was if there was a customer washroom
Trailer leaked. We drove through rain. Mattress, luggage, and clothing were wet.

When issue occured with remote pickup location owner told me to go elsewhere.
In the end everything worked out however it took numerous phone calls and booking changes which is very frustrating when you are on a tight moving schedule. I struggle with going in to reserve a uhaul only to find out within 24 hours of your planned move that your reservation has to change. I originally had booked a trailer for pick up on Friday in Amherstburg and return Saturday ( also in Amherstburg). It was changed to pick up in Windsor and return in Windsor both on Friday. Our move out day in Toronto was Saturday morning. How could uhaul's change to my reservation have helped me? We had to make several calls to right this which was very frustrating. Maybe you should take mom-refundable payments from customers at the time of the booking to guarantee the rental.
Although the gentleman at the store was helpful the location is a little sketchy and almost impossible to pull a trailer into. I didnt know if we were ever going to fit in the parking lot let alone unhook the trailer. I'd recommend doing a Google view before choosing your drop off location just to see what you're getting into.

The next customer was so upset I was late and I notified owner that I was running late which was due to half an hour delay to rent car dolly at Walker location .. this convenience store owner threatened to charge me two day rental when I had truck for 5 hours. When I tried to explain he was yelling at me and said the other customer was more important..because she was a regular in his variety than the two girls threatened..as if the were going to jump me...I believe he overcharged me on mileage and I rented this truck to help my senior mother move This service is unacceptable in all levels..
This location is awesome but the uhaul system is garbage. I ordered online yesterday and system showed I did not place the order When I hit the store. Lucky they have 1 available, otherwise I will be stucked.
It's a difficult location to get to get to and leave from. The owners also are busy running a convenience store at the same time. It's very disorganized.
Do not move the location for pick up all the way cross-town. This decision by U-Haul to change the pickup/drop-off location from Walker Rd to Felix Ave added KM's needed to be driven, gas, and inconvenience.

Day rental should be a day and not 4 hours. I am tired of locations that will only let you take out vehicles or trailers for under 8 hours. I feel like I should have received a discount since I really needed the rental for longer. Why do you advertuse day rate when it us not a day and same goes for the insurance.
Nothing negative to report. Great staff at the Felix location. We will use them again.
Reserved 26' truck a month before it was needed at walker location. Arrived at expected pickup time, waited almost 45 min to find out truck was not there. No call was made to me ahead of time to notify me or direct me to a new location. I then had to drive across town to get the truck after about an hour of waiting to see if i could even get another truck. Very poor organization on the companys part

The people were welcoming and very nice and I could tell they were owners because they really cared about everything. I will be going back there in the near future.
Computer system takes long.
Not being from Windsor, the area didn't look yhe best, but staff were very helpful and professional.
Fill up the gas tank! Very hard to estimate how much gas I need to purchase to get to 5/8 of a tank!
The store owner met me outside upon my return and helped guide me in reversing the truck into his parking spot. He had billing and return processing done on a tablet, I didn't even have to come inside. His lovely wife explained all I needed to know in the contract, and the truck is so not intimidating to drive (which I was worried about). It was affordable and convenient. I would definitely feel comfortable renting again.

Had to wait for brake/flasher light cable to be repaired.
