Christine ThomasGot to do what I needed to do. The only problem I had was U-Haul changed my pick up location by 30 mile, 60 round trip. This cost me an additional $35 plus gas or about $50. When I made the reservation it was two miles from my location.

Josh DewberryDo not allow M&M Small Engines to be an authorized dealer for Uhaul. They were closed during the posted business hours. Your customer service representative had to contact the owner of this place, which stated they were in the building and would be out to deliver the keys. That individual never showed up, after I waited another 45 minutes, not to mention the 30 minutes wasted on the phone with the costumer service representative attempting to resolve this issue. My card was charged for the rental which I never took possession of and was contacted by the drop off location questioning whether or not I intended to return the rental which added a charge for an extra day. The entire experience was awful.
Markquail McCordThe only issue I had was I was told there were 2 drop offs near my home. I drove to the first to find the business abandoned. I drove to the second drop off location on the list and they told me they are no longer dealing with uhauls. I drove so many miles and wasted so much time going out of the way before finally finding a uhaul drop off point that was still operational. Thankfully the people were helpful. But Uhaul, you need to verify your dealers and quit recommending drop off points that are no longer in business smh.

Dion RigsbyMy paperwork was never looked over. The milage was not checked nor gas level. I was charged 18.00 for an overage in milage, which I don't think was over. Not a good experience. The pickup was great. The drop off was terrible, and the extra cost was surprising.
michael bohannonWhen I returned the rental & called to check in with u-haul the phone connection was terrible....It was on Sunday and this location was not open. I have used this drop-off location before & they are great to deal with but I had to call in several times and got disconnected from U-haul several times so it made the drop off very frustrating!!! Also once a person drops the key with the contract --you don't have a contract number and that's what U-haul asked for instead of my phone number so it made check in more difficult ----Please pass that on to U-haul Agents!

RONALD DANIELSAir conditioner in truck did not work, truck had Two holes in the roof, after Loading the truck it rained, boxes were wet and had to be repacked, roof was temporarily repaired, so we could unload the truck, the truck also would not run over 45 miles an hour loaded. Truck needs to be retired!!! NOT A HAPPY Camper!!!! moving is stressful enough, especially when it was very hot and humid, and raining, but then have to deal with these issues made our move extremely difficult. Having to pay 39.95 a day, 99 cents a mile and the cost of fuel, for a truck that shouldn’t have been rented out!!!
