The U-Haul manager personally called me to say my order had been transferred to his store rather than the store I originally designated on my order. He was very helpful and very pleasant to talk to. I would recommend everyone to go to his store for their U-Haul needs. I felt very well taken care of.

I was promised a truck at a closer location but they didn't have 1 and i had to drive clear across town to get a truck and had to take it back to that location. VERY INCONVENIENT for me. Your call center sucks. they shouldnt promise ppl a truck when they dont have 1 aval.

We had moving blankets on our order and they were not at this location. We had to drive to another location to get them. Because it was a Saturday we had to wait in line for over 25 minutes for our turn. Very inconvenient and annoying especially when we did our reservation on line and ahead of time.

Cab area had a smell of animal urine and glass looked as if something was growing on the inside of them. Couldn't use the a/c due to the increased animal smell. Had to buy an air freshener and spray and Benadryl because of allergies.

I needed the vehicle for more then 24 hours and that wasn't an option. I tired other locations and they all limited to 24 hours, Pleae add more options.

The drop off location said online that it was open 24 hours, however when we got there it was closed & had a different phone # than on the paperwork. No answer at either #. No recording with instructions. I called 1800 Uhaul # & was told to leave it in the drop off area & take pictures. Two days later (we dropped it on a Saturday night and Monday was a holiday), they apparently called me, however did not leave a voicemail. I tried the # back, again no answer, no ability to leave a voicemail. I emailed Uhaul who told me my ticket was still open. I tried the other # for the drop off place and finally someone answered. He said he called me yesterday. I said he didnt leave a voicemail. He said, "nevermind. " No, its not "nevermind." You can't solve problems without voicemails and without answering your phone. I was not impressed. I like Uhaul but dropping this off was a big pain. Also we reserved online and estimated our pickup time but were coming from Utah, a 30+ hour drive. So we weren't exact. Uhaul emailed that they pushed the time back an hour but then when I called I was on hold for more than 30 mins and then the call was disconnected . I logged into my account online and confirmed pick up but wanted to adjust time. It said that the trailer we reserved at that location was no longer available so I had to start all over and re book at a different location, not being familiar with the area. Then the guy from the 1st location called to see where we were! Come on now. Who's organizing this? It seemed no one knew.

Service was good, the location was creepy. Notably standard UHaul store. It wasnt clearly identifiable so went to the wrong store next door.

truck had a lot of play in the wheel which made it hard to keep on the road. Passenger side seat belt locked up all the time. Windshield was so dirty I had to take it to a gas station Had blisters on my fingers from trying to keep the steering wheel straight and keep truck on the road

Had to use their online checkout, which was a huge pain. They charged me for the dolly even though I didn't use it. I sent an email to the email they told me to, no response 4 days later, they charged me the full amount and still have a second pending charge. Also I drive 14 miles and somehow the 30$ rental is costing me 83 dollars!?

MAKE ALL SIZE TRUCKS AVAILABLE LOCALLY. I HAD TO DRIVE 34 MILES OUT AND BACK TO RETURN THE TRUCK. NO DISCOUNT OR ANYTHING.

As far as I'm concerned, you are good! Fourth or fifth time I've rented trucks from them. It's always been a great experience.

Tire light was on said it had a low tire but when I said something they said don't worry about it. I have been an ASE mechanic for 35 years they put warning light in cars and trucks for a reason If there is a light they should take it off the road and fix it not rent it out for some one to get hurt . I think they should pay for my rental of the truck.!!!!

I rented from this location to have my drivers go cross country and was surprised to find out I was charged for something that was never offered to me or the drivers. The amount charged did not match the amount promised! As if that weren’t enough,The attendant was rude and said they were closed when their hours went for another 20 minutes. The employee had a “ don’t care “ attitude.

At first the guys attitude was not polite but he got me what I needed, and gave me instructions what I needed to do without being over charged. After using the truck upon returning the one guy told me that my recipes would be emailed to me. Then asked me if I wanted a hard copy of the receipt. When I said yes he told me, “ oh well you’ll have to wait a long time we are really busy.” Just when he was standing at the counter. He could of told me that my email will be sent to me instead of asking me. I rather use a different U-Haul place better than this one. Everyone there seems so pussed off not enough friendliness I would say.

good customer service but the location does not have the best appearance or cleanliness, when you think about uhaul you imagine something a little more of category and this place although they serve very well, the first impression leaves much to be desired in terms of appearance

Fix the truck so it don’t leak on furniture. My mattress and couch got soaked due to lack of maintenance on uhaul. Clean the snow off the truck before a customer picks up uhaul. No discount or nothing due to this nature. I may never use uhaul again.

I will never recommend it to anyone . it says rent for 19.99 or so they charged me $94 for tow days saying that I went over the miles witch is 100% not true I used it for the first day to go from West Valley to Magna twice, the other day it was parked by my house cuz I didn't have a ride. They didn't explain anything about the miles or how much is the charge per mile and they charged me $35 a day.

They never told me I have to pay a $10.00 insurance until I drop off my rental so their really misleading.

They told me I needed a different hitch but wouldn't install it for me (they do installs there). They sent me to a different locarion that didnt even look to see if I needed one. They did set me up with an appointment at a different location. The 3rd location looked at my hitch and said I didnt need a different one. We went back to the original place (this one). The employee wouldn't help us connect the trailer. It doesnt have a jack, so we can't disconnect the full trailer as it is too heavy to reconnect. We called u-haul to make sure we are getting the right size and ends up it doesnt even hold half! We are now having to unload the trailer to load everything onto an Old Diminion trailer plus hiring movers to load it since our family/friends aren't able to come a 2nd time to help. And still pay for the useless U-haul!!!!

My preferred pickup location was changed, and I was never informed, which led to a long wait trying to figure out where my rental was. When I finally found the place, they were rude about me being 15 minutes late even though they didn't even have the rental ready, so I had to wait another half hour while they figured out where the trailer was. The fish in the fish tank were also way too big for that tiny tank and I felt bad for them.

I reserved two dollys and a furniture dolly. It was just me and my two girls moving so I needed to make sure we could get it done easier. When I arrived, the guy said they had not prepared and I was not able to get any dollys.

I rented a 26-foot box truck. The truck ran poorly, smelled of antifreeze. It leaked fluid onto my old and new home driveways. Not a happy experience.

I was given a truck which had a defected power steering. I endangered my life and the life of my Mother which was in the vehicle with me. This vehicle was all over the road make no it very difficult to drive. This vehicle should have never been rented out until it was properly check for safety

this location is out to rip customer off...I was accused of using the dolly even though I'd never touched it. I filled up about 3 gallons for having driven 23 miles and was charged for $25. The Uhaul was swept clean and I was charged $10. I have been renting Uhaul quite often never had any issues until I rented from this location. never again.

Not very good customer service. Personnel rather abrupt. Not friendly. Have always used one on 4000 west however no 8 ft truck available. I will continue to use and recommend the one on 4000 West. Thank you.
