Drop point was not sent to me until after i had rented equipment. It was not in the same town i had selected for drop. Then i was told by 1st call center person that i would have to drive it 30 miles back down the way i had just come to drop it off . The only drop point in the town i had selected refused to take the equipment. I finally got to the "managers" supervisor and he arranged for this drop site . The personnel was helpful on site but service was spotty so i couldnt check it in myself. When i called the call center back i got the same "manager" for my initial call that refused to help me and again she refused to help me and said i HAD to do it myself and she " could not do anything " and if i didnt i would be charged more money. With my phone dying i had to go back to my place get a charger come back and tried for another 30-40 mins to get it to work . When i called the call center back i got a different person she was helpful and gave me instructions and that was finally over . All in all i will get my equipment somewhere elseJoseph P.

For some reason the tank was empty and there were stacks of big empty boxes, some food items and a chair in the back of the truck. Moving devices I requested weren't in the truck either. This set is back about an hour and a half. Sound bad? It was at first but Uhaul located the dollies for us and compensated us for the gas and the garbage (we dropped it at the dump today). At the end of the day, it all worked out because of Uhauls excellent customer service. ¡Gracias!Lesley B.

Communication was horrible. I was turned away from my assigned drop location, told to go to another location, that was not supposed to accept trailers, but did anyway. Had to personally contact a Uhaul rep to make sure everything was ok and I wouldn't be charged extra. Not fun after driving 2 days and loading/unloading - don't expect to go on a wild goose chase!Timothy H.

Please have someone contact me from corporate office first thing tomorrow morning. My telephone number is in my file. I am absolutely appalled at the way Julie, (M & M Trucking in Camino, CA) treated my husband and I during our last rental. She did not follow up as promised regarding the extra unwanted / unnecessary Safe Move Insurance we were charged at $140.00. Then when I called her today to say that I had not received an email from her; she RUDELY told me that she was told by Uhaul Corporate that I was a trouble maker, loved to argue and Uhaul had numerous problems with me. She was told to do nothing with me and let it go. Well, needless to say I was taken by surprise with this RUDE, UNWARRANTED and OBNOXIOUS BEHAVIOR OF AN OWNER OF ONE OF YOUR LOCATIONS!!!!! I have disputed this $140.00 charge with my Credit Card Company and I am furious at the treatment. During our move from late April to late May we used Uhaul numerous times and only a few times have had a pleasant and accurate experience. Your Sacramento Corporate Office, Personnel by the name of Vivica; is in my opinion the reason I am having issues with M & M Trucking and Julie. I complained about Vivica and how she repeatedly hung up on me, in addition to her Holier than Thou Attitude. I filed an extreme & bad experience report on Vivica. Surely, she was written and/or reprimanded for the way she treated me. Check my rental file.......I have had a terrible time with Vivica and was given a credit for that and the fact that a truck was not available when reserved. I am in shock at the treatment Uhaul employees / owners feel they can dish out to paying customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I paid for An appliance dolly to be picked up with the truck and yet I had to drive 30 miles in my own vehicle to get it. The rental place has never carried Dolly's. This is something U-Haul should have known. I paid for a complete rental. Not to use my own fuel and time. You need someone in this area to move equipment. I'm a retired truck driver and available to move equipmentDan H.

We rented during the week so didn't have to stand in line and wait for other people with reservations at the same time period. Must remember that! The owner was very nice and accomodating. The last time our reservation time was when the facility opened (somewhere else) and although we got there early because of paperwork, there were 2 others ahead of us, so we waited about 1/2 hour.maxine M.
