My contract had a different return location, I was apprised by txt message that i was to return the equipment to a different location. The updated location was not convenient at all. A phone call or email asking if I could change return locations would have been much better.

The truck was not available at the time specified in the reservation. Also, there gas tank was almost empty to the point where the low fuel warning light turned on right after leaving the pickup location.

I asked for 24 blankets, they only had 12. I asked for heavy duty dolly, they didn't have it. They said the truck had a regular dolly - it didn't. I was charged for it though. Because I have other things going on, I'm not going to quibble over 7 dollars. Overall, a not great experience.

I reserved a truck online to pick up @1:PM $19.95. I arrived to the location to pick up but the guy told to come back after 4 PM or take bigger truck @a higher rate.

They were efficient and professional. It only took me about 5 minutes to rent the truck. (I reserved it online). Returning was even easier. Chris did a very good job. I'll definitely try them next time

The folks that M&B were super friendly and helpful! I appreciated how quickly I got the truck and how professional they were. I would highly recommend them! I did have trouble getting the U-Haul app to work properly in order to return the truck. That took up a lot of time and was frustrating. U-Haul needs to work out those kinks.

I expected a bad experience (picking up a U-haul from an automotive repair shop ???) but Chris made me feel like I was a favorite customer. I have used U-haul about a dozen times since 1974 and this was THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH U-HAUL. Thanks Chris!!!

During the recent U-haul network shutdown, the owner kindly called me as soon as the system was back up to get me set up and ready so I didn't have to look for another rental at the last minute. I've been to this location 4 or 5 times and will continue to rent from him because of this outstanding customer service.

The location was great, but the customer service provided by the 1800 number was horrible. I had called to change the date and time of my reservation, but everything else to remain the same (drop off in different location, size of truck) and the lady on the phone said she had processed it and that I would be notified of my drop off location when I picked up the truck. And also, she said I would get a confirmation email. I didn't get a confirmation and instead I received a reminder for my old reservation. When I emailed back, I told them I needed the date and time changed again, I received a call saying the reservation had changed. I again did not receive a confirmation email, but the rep left a voicemail confirming it had been changed, so I thought that was sufficient. When I went to the location to pick up the truck, I was advised the rep did not set it up for me to drop it off at another location and I had to come back to that location and if I wanted to do a one way trip, I had to pick up the truck from another location 45 minutes away. The rep at the store said there was nothing he could do about that because that's how the reservation was set up, which was not what I asked for.

Uhaul changed the location of our reservation without telling us and then allowed us to make an 8am pickup time even though we couldn’t actually get the truck until the store opened at 9am. I am extremely dissatisfied with my Uhaul experience on the corporate level, this has nothing to do with the actual locations we picked up or dropped off at.

The blankets were filthy, covered in leaves, spider webs, debris and swarming with ants. We couldn't even use them. All of us were itching and suffering from rashes and/insect bites on out arms and legs. Some of the blankets were wet with motor oil or antifreeze from laying on the bare shop floor inside the M&B service garage area. Gross.

I called the location early in the day to reschedule my pick up time but when in arrived the man threatened he shouldn't give it to me since it was an hour after my online scheduled time...he did anyway because the people waiting in line behind me said they didn't even have a reservation. The transmission in the truck I was given is really bad, it would hardly shift gears at all.

The workers at this location do have any customer service training at all. They lie just about everything in order to make money from the customer. This was my worst Uhaul experience ever.

I reserved a van online and when I arrived to pick it up, I signed some papers, they gave me the key, and I drove off! Simple and easy! Drop off was the same. Slipped key in door, final receipt received the next day, again all in order! Will use them again!

Couldn't finish the move and use of truck as quickly as planned. Used additional time and was very stressed out by all the txt and phone call during the move timeline by the location I was to drop off at. Then he proceeded to tell me I went over the alotted time. And Uhaul would never rent to me again. I have been a very good customer and felt this was a unreasonable threat. Never had problems before. Or never refer the location. I thought our move would only take a couple hours, storage closed and I had to unload the next morning. Returning truck 2:30 pm Customer service was extremely pushy during the rental and after telling me Uhaul won't ever allow me to rent again. Wow!

This location was almost 20 miles further away than the location I made my reservation for. With the local traffic it added 30 minutes each way to my pick up. The back of the van had a sticky brown material spilled in it.

Great Company!!!!! However I was confused how to figure out Uhaul receipt regarding cash payment and previous paid (debit card) that I didn"t pay cash to Uhaul...Well, Uhaul did pay me back through my bank instead of Uhaul receipt...So then I did call Uhaul customer service about it....UHaul manager does take care of it thru Uhaul customer service....

I dropped off yesterday afternoon when they were not open. I didn't receive a call, and just an invoice with additional charge. They added gas to the Uhaul. I have a receipt and pictures of what the tanked was filled at when picked up and when dropped off. I was charged additional money for fill up. I am not happy about this when I have pictures to prove I did per rental contract agreement. Overall experience with UHaul for the whole trip is negative. Matter of fact, I think I should be credited the gas for the anquish UHaul in Bettendorf caused me. I'm sorry, I have never complained like this before regarding UHaul. I used UHaul in 1987 and 1989, and never thought UHaul would be a problem.
