They in M&A Professional Development Solutions LLC do not take my checking card. I has to pay in cash. I almost can't rent the truck because of that. But Thank you God i had extra cash. That was Uncomfortable and horrible. But I had paid the moving helpers for u-haul the day I made the reservation and I had no problem with my card. There was no office, no one on site, difficult to find. The address given is not a Uhaul location. It is a auto repair facility that would not check in my rental. This location should not be an option for anyone in the future.Brent G.
Before we arrived they used the truck to go to the parts store to pick up parts so the truck was not available when we arrived. Additionally, there was trash on the floor and it was the gas hand was on less than a half a tank. Yet, on the paperwork he marked it was a half a tank which it was not. I had to spend 28.00 to get it to a half a tank before turning it in and still got charged an additional 9.00 from UHAUL which was not fair especially since it was not clean and had less than a half tank of gas in it.TAMARA H.

Arrived to pick up my uhaul at this location at 9am, received a call the previous day to confirm. Arrived at location and uhaul was not there. Owner of said business tried selling me a 15' truck for $100-200 off price. I declined, owner of business then drove myself and a friend in his personal vehicle to another uhaul pickup location, found a uhaul at the size I reserved and picked it up. Drove back to the 8th street location and had the auto tow installed. Later in the evening after loading my uhaul the auto tow became disconnected from the uhaul and had to have family assist getting it back on. This uhaul experience was extremely stressful and not as smooth as my previous experiences. I will reconsider using uhauls services in the future.Dana P.

This uhaul experience is the reason I will never rent from uhaul again! I was sent to THREE different locations after making a reservation. All of which I had to pay for uber to get to since I was dropped off at the first location that was supposed to have my truck. After talking to customer service it seems the truck I rented in the late morning had been rented and taken hours prior. The uhaul inventory system is completely flawed. Finally arriving at my third location I was offered a truck that wasn't clean but didn't have the time to dispute it after hoping from location to location all morning. I was given no rental agreement, signed nothing, and was told the tank was full and not to worry about the odometer because the mileage was unlimmited. The gas was at a quarter tank, thankfully I went back inside and told them. But I was charged over $26 for extra mileage! Everything about this rental is why I will NEVER use uhaul again.Dennis H.
You should never send anyone to this location. It took over an hour to fill out the paperwork and the truck was on empty and none of the furniture pads or dollys were included. I was rerouted to another UHaul location that was 10 miles away, but 10 miles closer to where I was picking up the furniture that I had purchased.Ronald S.

Hi good morning my name is Matt I recently just rented a uhaul from this location and was very upset. I still have not received a receipt from the owner i know for sure I was charged for a 15 foot truck rather than a 10. The owner arrived an hour late to the location. The equipment was broken and had a rotting smell. I would like my receipt and from this point on I might never return to using a uhaul. Thank you so muchMatthew V.

Check your milage the mileage in truck was different than what I had on my paper. I took a pic of where the mileage actually was. Also truck paper read full tank it wasnt a full tank it was a lil over 1/4 of a tank. The owner did correct all issues but those shouldnt have even been a issue. Stick to a real Uhaul store not a sub hub of trucks.Tyrell C.
The truck had half the fuel that should have been, the back was full of grease as someone had been transporting old car parts. And o was charged for things I did not agree to. The customer service people and the orange Park location saved the dayjeff B.
Get a cleaner location
The personnel were courteous and very pleasant and helpful but need more training in computer usage in filling out rental forms. The rental location was hard to locate and integrated with repair of old cars--not really a suitable rental office location. The team there worked well together, and are very likeable.Robert C.
Have someone available in the office or don't take reservations, we waited for 1 hour past our Reservation time in order for someone to show up to rent us the truck. There should be some way to shut off available appointment times if no one is in the office, U-Haul took care of us and gave us a partial refund and we appreciate it. Other than that when someone showed up they took care of us right away and were friendly.Benjamin F.

I like U-Haul, and will continue to use U-Haul, Johnny at the pick up point was very professional. I know you guys don't have mechanics on site so I don't blame him for the air-conditioner breaking. It was a 200 mile trip from Jacksonville to Tampa Florida. The air-conditioner went out About 25 miles into the trip. It was not a pleasant trip for anyone. When I arrived to pick up the truck, the agent was not at the location. I called the phone number and he said he would be there in 20 minutes. I went back home and returned 20 minutes later. He was there. I reserved a 15 ft truck. The 15 ft truck at the location reserved for me had a padlock on the back and the agent was not able to rent me that truck. Instead he rented me a 20ft truck for $10.00 more. I asked if I could get the original rate for the 15ft truck and he said he could not do it. So, I was forced to rent a truck larger than I needed and for more money than I had reserved. Otherwise, the truck was nice and clean and performed well.MARK M.
I was sent to the ghetto to drop off the trailer. The location was on a corner, with two abandoned stores in disrepair, and some Uhaul equipment in the parking lot. When I got there, there was no one around. So I called the number I had received in an email. A man answers and only said "Hello". I asked if I had called Uhaul, then he said, "Oh, yeah, this is Johnny with Uhaul", almost like he had just remembered who he was. He told me he was driving back from somewhere, and to read him the number on the trailer, then just leave it in the lot and he would email me a receipt. It seemed real shady, but that's what I did. I ended up getting the receipt 2 days later. Overall not a professional experience or good image for Uhaul.brendan M.

I spoke to a man named Johnny about my pick up. We had agreed upon an 8am pick up time. He told me that he would arrive at 7:30am to wait for me. We arrived at 7:40am and waited until 8am and called Johnny. His phone rang as normal and then went to voicemail. We waited 10min and called him again. This time he turned his phone off. The second and third time it went straight to voicemail. We waited at the location until 8:45am and he never showed up. I called uhual and they offered me $50 compensation as well as sending a field manager out to get our truck. Johnny finally called around 9am saying that he had overslept and was making his way to the store. While filling out the paperwork and telling him several times we were not moving to Baltimore and the drop off location I selected was in Odenton, MD he still made the drop off location of Baltimore. After all the paperwork was said and done, I was not compensated the $50 and we did not leave the pickup location until 10am. This was a huge inconvenience since we were on a major time crunch. Once we got inside of the truck it was filled with cigarette butts, ashes, and trash. The truck clearly had not been cleaned. I was very disappointed and unsatisfied with my entire experience with your companyTAYLOR W.
