Kenny NThe trailer I rented had been retrofitted with strips of wood instead of the nice wooden ones that are made so you can put ratchet straps on them. The small strips of wood were basically useless unless you were using small twine.

callie hNo one available so I had to drop the trailer off and use the online uhaul app for the drop off. I took pictures and attached to the app and tried to submit but the app crashed. I don’t know if you received the pictures or not. Let me know if you did not.

Wayne yTwo things needed change on trailers, jack for lifting unhitching trailer in loaded/empty condition. The 6 X12 trailer was difficult to unhitch for older person. Use the screw down trailer tongues for a better tight fit when hitching to tow vehicles. The clamp style was jerking all the way during my travels and no way to tighten.

steven aThe inside of the truck smelled like cattle, literally. We had to sweep out the truck, then mop it and spray it with Lysol so that our stuff did not smell like livestock. I'm not sure what was hauled in there before we got it, but it was disgusting.

Yvonne JWhen putting gas in truck to return it, I checked the mileage to make sure I didn’t go over what I told them and according to the truck.. I went 50 miles! All I did was move across town which is 2.5 miles to be exact! So NO I didn’t go 50 miles! I will NEVER use a uhaul again. It’s a rip off!!

DAVID WMake the computer program where you don’t have to start over to change the drop off location. I changed my mind about where to drop off the dolly and the rental agent had to start over rather than just changing the drop off location.
John JTruck was not clean. Uhaul expects to have the box swept out but this was not done. Online showed a return date one later than the pickup location. We only had one day versus two shown on the online printout. Dealer assumed we were only traveling to our drop off location and this was not the case so this forced us to exceed the milage. I feel this was deceptive trade practice. I will not be using your company any further. fuel tank needs to have a sticker showing max capacity.

CALVIN LThe 24/7 pick-up was terrible for me. Die to the place being closed for the holiday weekend, you had to go through the app to pick up your truck. Signal was bad at location for Verizon to connect with the app. It took an 1 1/2 hrs to finally leave the lot with the truck. 1800 U-Haul phone line was great. Once the app worked out wasn't to bad. Drop off was easy. The ac died about 3 min prior to drop off. I noted this in the drop off comment section.
Tracy MCheck in was fast and easy. Staff was courteous and helpful. Poor cell service which affected the check in when returning the trailer (store was closed). Took forever to get a signal and had to walk around in different places to find one. This made uploading the pictures difficult and slow.
