The Pierce City, Mo Location went over and beyond any expectations we could imagine. They helped us from start to finish. They directed us to the size truck we needed and gave us perfect service. They even helped me with the one way drop off. They were great. What an asset to your company. I never knew them before, but now consider them friends.

kathy GI needed to make an immediate move from Purdy MO to Sarcoxie MO. I was referred to K&C enterprises in Pierce City MO by the Editor of the "Sarcoxie Record." He used to own the "Pierce City Ledger" midway between Purdy and Sarcoxie. 9 When I drove up to the U-Haul it location, I met Kenny. He had a truck that was far too large but arranged for smaller vehicle. Within four hours both ends of my move were completed; I gassed up the truck I rented; and I began my new life in Sarcoxie. I finished the day lying in my bed sore but comfortable - the one moved from Purdy. I recommend anyone needing to move quickly in Southwest MO, to contact Kenny and his team at K&C Enterprises in Pierce City! james dEverything went well after I called in for help. With everything being electronic, I couldn’t get signal on my phone to check in. BUT, I was able to call and checkin was easy then and professional! It was 2:30pm when I got here to checkin.

PatriciaorDaniel BThe male was very friendly when we picked up the truck. We got the truck at 10am on Sunday and returned it at 6pm Sunday. We called the number and the door and was told to drop the keys in the box. The next morning after several missed calls and a text from one of my contacts to call the rental location my boyfriend called and a female answered stating that we had a truck that was supposed to have been returned by 10am. According to my boyfriend she had quite the attitude. Anyways he explained that we had in fact returned the 26ft truck that was parked right next to the building. last night and placed the keys in the box as instructed

KIMBERLY uPossibly letting the customer know ahead of time how much it costs to fill a tank of gas for one of the trucks and to be sure they understand they are responsible for filling it back up before they sign any of the paperwork. We had no idea it was gonna be a $100 to fill a tank up on top of the other cost.
Sonya HM&K are great people to work with. However U-Haul's website is horrible. When I returned the truck after hours, the website would not let me log the truck back in. Therefore I will be charged a $20 convenience fee.

Ila MThe person that put the trailer on my hitch only turned the knob a few times and told me it was good to go(older white female). As I was driving down a hill the trailer came unhitched from the hitch. Lucky the safety chains were on and stopped the trailer from crashing into my vehicle. This person needs re-trained. My advice if you rent from here is check what the worker does .

JERRY SRented it for in town move. Final receipt is incorrect shows 0.00. When asked what our final bill would be she said the same. So she ended up keeping our deposit even though we kept to and under the terms and conditions to get it back. $170.00 is too much to use for 15 miles.
Jose RPickup location contractor was great, only complaints were about the equipment. This truck was damn near pre-historic. DC3964K. It smelled like stale farts mixed with a middle school locker room. Truck barely started when I first picked it up, cranked 4 times before it fired up, and the location owner came over and reassured me it had never happened and if I had any problems to reach out. Which was fine and dandy, but didn’t exactly inspire confidence in the truck as a consumer. The dash lights were not functioning, so I had no illumination for speedometer and had to guess how fast I was going while driving at night. The headlights were so dim, I think holding my iPhone flashlight out the window illuminated the interstate better than the truck lights. In the end, it got the job done but it was not pretty. I worried it was gonna leave me stranded each time I stopped for gas, which was a lot because the thing sucked fuel like a pipeline. 10/10 on the location. 1/10 on the truck, unit DC3964K.

DENNIS DAll good. Did make a mistake and returned truck with tank 3/4 or more full. Give it to you with half. Expect it back with half, but we filled up the tank for a short run. Thinking we'd top it off and return it full which is often required. Our fault entirely. Not paying attention.
