Truck performed poorly, was told a mile rate and charged another. Will never use uhaul again. The location itself was fine, the problem was with phone customers service.

No improvements were needed here. The ladies were very pleasant and helpful.

Jeffrey SI also was unsure how to drop the truck off. I read the sign on the door of the place I dropped it at and it said to put the keys in the box. Thankfully the person with me said the box had further instructions on how to drop off. I sure hope I ended up doing it correctly! I had already locked the doors so I could not open them to get some of the photos. I was lucky because I had taken a photo of the mileage and fuel levels prior to locking the doors.
Cheila AOnly issue is the price. Used it from Woodward to Mooreland, 2 trips, brought it back filled up. $200 + felt kinda high in my opinion. Didn’t have dollys I ordered in the truck so I had to make an extra trip to the facility to pick them up.

KimberlyL AFirst of all, I had attempted to reserve a 20 foot truck two weeks in advance. When I went by M & D, the woman in charge told me that she wasn't sure they could get a truck. Second, when I went to pick up, there were trucks being dropped off and parked, They were still there when I went by the next day with my incomplete load out. I had to go to Guymon (100 miles each way) to pick up a 15 foot truck, arranged for by Tonya in Uhaul Central OKC. I had the GREAT BLESSING of having had "Tonya" from OKC Uhaul Central help with all my challenges. She was great, also lining up a 12 foot trailer to help with my load, doing the contract for the 15 footer, the trailer and the tow dolly.. But, when I went to get the Trailer and the Tow Dolly, M & D's woman was unable to help me get it on the hitch, offering a jack if I needed it, then ignoring me.=. I managed, but at 70 yo, I was a bit stretched to get it done. Long story short, I now have to go back after a load because there was not enough room in the 15 foot truck to hold everything. I have already spent nearly $1000 on gasoline between running back and forth and the normal fuel costs of the truck plus my vehicle in what should have been a 325 mile move. Tanya made things MUCH better. I am most grateful to her and all the effort she put into helping me out. However, I will not recommend M& D for anything.

Andrew SThe only concern I have is that this was not the location I put down for pick up. I have used a uhaul twice in the last 2 months and both times I was unable to pick up at the location I wanted. Otherwise everything was great.
