Great customer service will always go back again because of mr Maldonado

I wasn't happy with the customer service at all. The representative at Maldonados told me that vehicle had some dust in the cargo of the truck and trailer . I didn't see any myself at all . However, he said he would charge $20 dollars if I didn't sweep the cargos so he literally handed me a broom to sweep. Unbelievable! Next , he was falsely accusing me of a scratch on the truck which I had no part in . He showed me prior pictures taken of the truck which reflected no scratch. I told him how in the world do I know those pics weren't taken way before or some other time. This experience seemed like a total scam with these private dealers . Perhaps a company investigation is way overdue. Bad customer service and likely false financial scams . Very unhappy customer!
