We returned the van at 4:30 and the office was closed. We noticed at that time we were 1/4 of a tank of gas shy of what was required. For that amount we didn't think it was worth leaving to get gas since it would have cost about .50. Was shocked that we were charged $18.00 for 1/4 tank of gas. We couldn't see the mileage because a "oil check" blocked the mileage so I assume we were charged for the correct mileage.

I think your company wide policy of increasing your mileage charge on weekends is ridiculous, especially for someone like me, who uses your trucks on a regular basis. From now on I will use Penske on the weekends.

The location is a very poorly run facility. I had 2 small boxes left in the back of the van and could not dispose of them since it was well after hours on a Sunday and I was charged $25 for that. I will never do this again and get charged $25 - absolute ridiculous...

Not only was the reservation wrong and changed despite conversations with Dave at the Filler Up and he guaranteed me a truck. I then picked up the truck and the man didn't have any record or paperwork for me. He handed me a note with miles?! I called the Uhaul customer service to explain and request that I could return to the original location I needed. They yelled at me to “stop explaining to me” and passed me to someone else. She told me no multiple times and told me I had a contract and had to honor it. I'll never use Uhaul again. We have moved multiple family members this past year and will be moving my parents again in May. Rest assured we will find an alternative.

Very difficult to deal with representative who lied and stole from me. I have had good uhaul experiences and this one was pretty bad. I wish he didn't suck. Most of the google reviews for this location confirm this sad truth.

The only thing I received that I actually reserved was the appliance dolly. Could not provide location, truck or any other things I needed. Website did not allow me to pick up or return truck virtually. I waited in line 30 minutes behind three people to pick up the truck because web feature didn't work. Slow service, disappointing and truck had a windshield that was severely cracked when I got the truck. The truck was not cleaned out well by the time I drove it away.

You guys screwed up!!!! the morning that we went to pick up 20' truck, even confirmed the night before, found out the half the truck was available, thankfully the sweet woman there found us a closer one - YOU GUYS SUCK AS FAR AS FUNDING ONE CLOSE!!!), e fiscove Next morning after driving too far (your ‘find the closest' sucks). We discovered that we could pick one up literally on the way to our site. Meaning that we drove four ways in 2 hoursee could have picked up on our way there. It appears that your own staff admits to failings in the system, this is WORST IF YOU WANT TO RESERVE MORE THAN TEI DAYS AHEAD!!!! Insane. I would like an apology. From the web order, to the location, U Haul has its process in order. So many times, companies male it look as if online ordering will work and it doesn't when it comes to the human aspect. But, this was easy, the owner was there, the truck was ready and I was out in 5-6 minutes.

Because of the pandemic that we are experiencing it's very very important that each customer would take the time to wipe down a vehicle before returning it some vehicles are such a quick turnaround for the customer to take responsibility of that is a small timeline there needs to be a colorful note to remind please wipe off the steering wheel door handles etc. make it mandatory it is necessary it will be a cleaning fee added to the account

My rental was not available for my guarantee pickup. The gentleman rather than saying something along the lines of “ I'm sorry, it appears we have a mix up, please give me 5 minutes to see what I can do”. He said, “ I sent a text to dispatch yesterday saying I do not have this trailer, you need to call the 800 number, I can't do anything else, this is not my problem “. I run a production operations team of over 700 people, manufacturing aircraft. I am well aware that mistakes and hiccups happen, but it's how we deal with them that matters. The fact that this gentleman essentially used the “ it's not my job” excuse did not sit well with me. He clearly missed the point that this was not ok, and failed to recognize the secondary and tertiary effects that this delay of this equipment would have on my move. After he refused to help or take any kind of ownership in helping to resolve the situation, I spend the next 2 hours on the phone with the regional dispatcher, corporate scheduling, and customer service. The only solution that was provided to me was for me to drive 80 miles round trip, across state lines, to go pick this trailer up. Overall my experience was disappointing, mainly because as the customer I was told to solve a Uhaul problem, and then had to for the next 2 hours, only to ultimately not receive my rental equipment a full 24 hours later. After I received the equipment my rental was smooth. The uhal app/ site for mobile drop off was very intuitive and simple to use.
