Delath MI declined the $15 insurance fee, both online & when checking out the truck in-person. But I was still charged for it. I want this charge refunded to my card.

Kyle MMade a reservation three days in advance. Arrived at the date and time of the reservation and the attendant had all of my information previously entered. He validated my drivers license and I thought we would be off. Wrong!!! The truck was in a back row, completely covered in snow. It took a while for the second attendant to find a truck suitable for us. He started it up but did not remove any snow from the windshield or front of the truck. There was about 4-5 inches of snow. He came in and said that it will take some time to warm up so make ourselves comfortable. We had a tight schedule so I said I would clean off the truck. He handed me a snow shovel and said "have at it". I cleaned it off and pulled it out of the back row of the storage yard. My wife was livid. I told her, this isn't Hertz Platinum and we will just deal with it. Other than this horrible pick up experience, the truck was fine, very clean, etc. Not sure if the recent snow storm impacted this location's readiness??? I would expect them to be more prepared for a reservation made a few days in advance.

Megan GRick is the man. Exceptional customer service from him at this location in Cockeysville. I checked in ahead of time and the process went buttery smooth. Rick hooked up the car hauler for me(don't expect this every time, I was the only one there) When I returned he also assisted with backing the trailer back into the spot and he unhooked it. Super efficient both times. Side note- the car hauler was in really good shape, had a fresh inspection sticker on it and the tires, braking system(surge) and chains were all nearly new.
ROSS ATruck leaked
THERMAN SWe were informed by the U-Haul in NY where we dropped off the trailer that it had been attached incorrectly and that we were lucky to have made it without the trailer falling off. Additionally the license plate on the trailer was not the correct one and when we pointed that out he told us that the license plate didn’t matter, the trailer serial number was what counted. The people in NY said that was not true, the license plate was the essential number

James GThe elderly gentleman at the desk was doing his best. But he was faced with a line of customers. I had someone waiting to assist me to move a piece of equipment with one of U-Haul trucks, so I used the e-check in as directed. Despite this, the man at the desk had no record of it. We had to walk through the entire process with a line of people waiting. I felt so bad for him. He handled it with grace and kindness. I wished I had gotten his name. Please either staff better or update your databases.

Laura WI was upset that uhaul changed the location of my truck. It is about a 10 mile overall difference and then I am charged for that difference since the location was changed. Maybe I should I have been given multiple options so I can pick what’s closest to me.
Jaime BThe Google App would not let me upload photos (drivers licence or return condition of trailer, etc) it also failed to detect my GPS location even after letting ti 'spin' for several minutes. I had to relaunch it several times before it finally found my location and let me return the trailer.

Ryan KThe person helping me was fantastic. Helpful, courteous and took time with me to get my rental squared away despite being very busy. He was also courteous to other renters who were waiting. He was "slammed" early in the morning on a rainy day yet went above and betond, in the rain, to help me.
