Reservation was switched from my choice to this loser. The telephone is not in service. No one there and no way of changing or speaking with anyone for help. I have never found anyone at this location, even during prime business hours. It's like a deserted office with Uhaul trucks / trailers out front and the key boxes on wall. No humans. Having to use your "24/7 Truck Share" is NOT quick & easy. It was a mess. I've taken less photos on vacations. Your "scan" feature for my license would not work to complete pick up. Had to call a rep and wait on hold. Fortunately, she was GREAT, but the whole mess took over 35 minutes! The return/ drop off was the same deal in reverse, logins, verify, more photos, etc. I will never do this again - ever. If you don't staff your locations with humans, I'm don with Uhaul. The van was excellent, but the process killed the experience for me. Done.Mark F Z.

The truck was not @ the place I had reserved it. The truck had to be picked up at the different location a day before needed, which caused parking/ storage issues. The staff @ the location the truck was picked up from was anything but nice or professional. The return of the truck wasn't clear, the drop off location has yet to return my call. The Uhaul customer service after waiting 2.5 hours for a return call was of little helpTRAVIS B.

The van I had reserved was not available when I arrived but the owner did everything he could to correct the problem and was very apologetic. I rented a truck for one day and was charged for 3. I was charged for 2 additional days that I didn't have the truck. I have been trying to contact the location that I rented the truck from for over a week and every time I call I am told to call back when the owner is present. I'm seemingly being given the runaround because the owner is never available. One associate took my contact number for the owner to give me a call back, but I still haven't gotten a call back. I don't see why it's so hard to get this issue resolved. The center located at 4341 34th St S Saint Petersburg, FL 33711 has been unresponsive.Omar B.

I returned the truck to them at 10:30 am Thur and the office was closed and I waited until after 11:15 am and put the key in the mailbox. They were supposed to be open and no one was there. They didn't answer the phone for 3 days and then they charged me $20 for after hours drop off, I have a picture of the truck and the time and date and where I drop off at. I want my $20 back or I will call BBB and the news to show how you took advantage of an old sick man because you thought you can get a way with itGERALD C.

The problem I had has nothing to do with the location. The ladies at Malachi went above and beyond to help me with my rental experience. However, the U-Haul computer system was a hindrance to everything they tried to do. Now, there are charges on my credit card because the system listed the wrong vehicle, mileage and gas amount. Each time I try to get through with the email U-Haul provided I receive a cannot be sent message. U-Haul needs to do better by their vendors.Kenyetta W.

Charged a fee for dropping truck off at a closer location due to not knowing the area after moving over 2000 milesGuy M.
It took over an hour to finish the pickup of the truck because (according to a helpful CSR on the phone) the GPS signal doesn't activate unless you are at the door of the facility. Although we were in the parking lot near the truck, the "Pick Up the Truck" button would not display. Next time, make sure the customer KNOWS this.Lawrence H.
