The new Truck Share and App based rental is completely broken. Inventory is inaccurate and the local operators do not have equipment setup properly to allow the "automated" intent of the process to work. After I made my reservation I was shifted to multiple other locations, assured access but ultimately left with out. This caused me to have to hitch hike after being on hold for 30 minutes all in the cold weather because Truck Share locations have no humans and a broken system. Upon check in of when I finally got a truck from an alternate location I was forced to take pictures three times of the vehicle ultimately never seeing a success in the checkin. The charges were also double what I was quoted on the rental reservation. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy.

Tracey DeanNot friendly. No one showed me the truck, how to work it, and no one explained to me about the gas for return. Was told truck had half tank of gas and needed to return with same amount. When I returned truck with more gas than was in it when I took possession, I was told there was not enough gas and still got charged a gas fee. I explained how I did what I was told to do and still was charged a fee. So would have been nice to have someone explain to me at pick up originally.

TIMOTHY LOYDStock a broom for when the customer asks. Only used cabin and agent charged 25$ for dog hair. I disputed this and was told the vehicle was unrentable. 25$ lost a return customer to all sites. Gouging like it was commission. She wouldn't have noticed the hair had I not pointed it out - they were in doggy car seats with blankets and my things were covering most flat spaces as I didn't use rear cargo at all.

BETTY BENDERThe cost was excessive for what i rented and did not receive any deposit back. But all went well and got job accomplished. I would recommend on car dollys be equipped with some sort of wench to help load a vehicle that mechanically drove onto it.
DAVID HALERep at pick up was very unhelpful with app not working and would not add additional driver. Did not have furniture Dolly as paid for and did not offer to supplement with anything else. Check engine light was on when vehicle but rep already left within 2 minutes of key exchange.

Michael BrooksTell them up front you have to do all the return info online at the drop off site. This caused you to lose a long term customer. I had to go to the drop off site three different times because of this lack of information.
