We sat at an empty lot for almost 3 hours no one knew what was going on. The manager didn't seem to care . The trailer was so old that the floor was buckling when tying down the load as well as plug adapter was old and not working properly.

I was to pick up at 8 am. I was running late and at 8:20 am no one was there. Called number on door and was told the staff doesn't come in till 8:30 or 9. Showed up shortly after 9. Was told I would need to fill with gas as last person did not. There was only enough fuel for 40 miles. Also the check engine light was on. Not flashing so it was drivable. Let the office gentleman know. Not impressed at all!!

Larry YThe location has NO SIGNAGE and we found it quickly ONLY because of feedback reviews on facebook, and knew what to look for. It is a good location, and has friendly customer service.
dale hNo outward sign it is a Uhaul dealer. Drove past 4 times before we got hold of someone on phone to tell us the name of the real dealer. Trucks were parked behind the building.
Eli KImpossible to find, the directions from uhaul sent me to a residential home in white city, tried calling the business many many times and no answer, then the uhaul phone support sent me back into Regina and I ended up at another business. Called back and finally got ahold of them and they gave me directions, I drove back out to white city and picked up the trailer. Then Uhaul changed my drop off location back to white city, and then I spent an entire morning getting my drop of location changed to Regina after talking to over 9 different uhaul employees. It was a disaster from start to finish.
Bryan RI understand the location is not guaranteed but this was far away and a hassle for us to get to.
Reed MTruck was dirty inside cab and fuel guage was broken. I overpaid gas by at least $70!!!! Not impressed
