As mentioned prior, the shop owner was quick to notice the leak from under the truck near the left rear wheel. I think such issue can easily be avoided with routine checkup or maintenance at the shop that rents them out. Thankfully I had the Safe Move insurance.

Windows wear filthy. Lock on the back door was cut and unusable. There was less gas in the vehicle than what the counter person said there was. Nobody is at the counter when I checked in.Just all around horrible experience. They didn't even seem to want to care. I will never use that place again 😞.I give them a 1 out of 10. Sorry but not sorry.

I love how my drop off was set at this location and they were open tell 7pm and I dropped the truck off at 6pm and no one was there so they charged me a after hours drop off fee and they also charged me for a cleaning fee when the truck was exactly how I picked it up.

The uhaul wasn’t available at the location I originally booked for. Then went to the location they sent me to and the uhaul didn’t have gas.

The most place sucks! Customer service is none existent. They couldn’t find my reservation even though I had the reservation number. The man who checked us in and out was ignorant to say the least. They are giving UHaul a VERY bad name! Do not ever recommend going to this location. When we returned the truck the building was empty for 15-20 mins. When the guy finally came in he didn’t apologize or say anything at all besides where is the key. I can’t! It was awful

The check engine light was on. I told the owner they said "ok you'll be fine sometimes it could be the gas cap. I'll look into it when you return it!" Plus they told us we can return anytime before its due back. We'll wave the fee if you return before its due back. I WAS STILL CHARGED $20 FOR RETURNING IT BEFORE IT WAS DUE BACK. The return time was at midnight. I returned it about 9pm. I got charged anyway even after they said there wouldn't be a charge. I tried to call them repeatedly once I seen the charge today. Their phone kept going to voice-mail. Even when I called from a different number it would go directly to voice-mail.

Jesse, guy up front is very rude and does not care about the customers a lot. Didn’t include furniture dolly and also didn’t reimburse money for the gas since it was empty when I got it. Will be filing a claim with U-Haul and my bank. Good luck. I recorded everything.

Not charged people for turning in a truck after hours when it was turned in at 2pm well before it's time and to make sure have the people collect the key at 2 o'clock in the afternoon instead of being closed?

We rent for our business 4-5 times a year. This is our first time at this location. When we got there, the gentleman that checked us in seemed irritated. I know it's a body shop but we had a reservation and should have none we were coming. He told me that I received a link. I told him there is an issue with texts and that our regular shop usually has to resend them to me. He said, "I don't know". I told him that if I don't get the link I can't add my license. So he went in the system to fix it. Then he told my coworker that the truck is in the back. There are a lot of cars back there (body shop) and he said it was difficult to get out. Usually the other location will pull it up front for us. I was finishing with the gentlemen and he said we were all done. I told him that we didn't have the text to upload pictures/verify mileage/etc. He just shrugged. I text around to the people that were on the last project and was able to get it sent. When we returned it, we pulled it in front of the gate (there are two u-hauls out front). The guy asked why we didn't back it back in to the very back because that is where it goes. My coworker said he wasn't doing that. He didn't want to hit any of those cars in the back with a 26' truck. They guy was upset and said to never rent from him again. We had already said earlier that it was the worst service and this just topped it off.

Dishonest gas estimate on truck. I had to add more than what was really given. Said 7/16 on paper, was actually barely 5/16. App tried to charge extra $10. Won’t use this location again.

Their customer service is the worst and keeps the u haul clients waiting around until he is done talking with his friends or the boxing business next door. The guy has very bad attitude poor customer service. I had to use another dealer.

I am renting a lot of trucks and trailers from UHaul. This location has the worst service I was every given or not given. Starting with the printout that takes 5-8 mins as their Wifi is bad or whatever, up to that I attached the trailer myself before the nice female employee found anyone to help me do that (easy - I can do that ... no problem). The rental term ended on Sunday 3 pm ... and other locations always kindly asked me to bring it back the next morning, so the equipment won't get stolen. And I am ok to do that although I am not a morning person ;-) ... So I asked that young lady and she said - OK, that works. Now I brought it back ... waited 20 mins and they did not show up at the opening time ... so I finally left it there ... and I would have driven over 3 hours later to see if all is fine or if they would have been off for MLK day. To my surprise, an hour later I got an invoice with 3 days and not 2 days and an $46 addon for that 1 day, while my 2 days were $57 ... I called - they hung up and second call went to voicemail, so I explained it and ask for a call back ... which never happened - so I drove by at 4:30 pm and got into the office - and fr 15 mins nobody showed up. I went into the car work shop and they said if I wait long enough they would show up. 5 mins later the boss shows and he had a bad attitude. Seems he did not care about the trailer being stolen and he would not want to help me getting this situation resolved. Never ever will I rent there again ... but I called customer service and I hope they will do the right thing ...

The price jumped up from first looking at it online, so I would recommend booking sooner than later before price increases. Basically, don't wait to book, so plan ahead for a better deal.

My rental van needed an oil change as well as the mileage reader wasn’t accurate. I was charged over $100 and I’ve never paid this much for a U-Haul for traveling 45miles. I always take pictures and calculate my own mileage and this experience was way off, if I’m ever pushed to this location again, I won’t rent. Thank you

i got charged $25 for a cleaning fee when i got the truck dirty and returned it the same condition that i got it. and the guy that works here he didn’t even walk me thru the truck he just gave me the key and said truck is outside. talking about customer service. will never come back to rent here again. 👎🏻

This location was very accessible and Jesse Torres was super patient and knowledgeable about all the renting process and rules. By having some people struggling with unexpected moving; he honestly made my day. He speaks Spanish so that was more helpful. Thank you and Blessings!!! 🥰📦😇

It’s a body repair shop that shouldn’t operate a UHaul service. The owner should focus on his body shop as I initially got there and no one was available for 10 Minutes. After I returned it, one day later I receive a voicemail asking me when am I going to return it? I retrieved it to an associate that was clean another Uhal truck. So if the associate took it I hope I’m not at fault.

Manager 20 min late, surly, generally refused to speak, refused to print or give me contract even after I requested it, refused to tell me fuel gauge rating, told me I had to call uhaul to get it myself (which I did). I brought up fuel gauge discrepancy to contract, manager shrugged and walked out the door! (Side note, Uhaul telephone customer service able to resolve everything no problem, vehicle in excellent condition.)

This place was super sketchy, they gave me a truck that had a leaking gear box, I had to cal roadside assistance. And then they tried charging me for 3 days when I only had the truck one day! It was such a huge headache and stress! I would never go back to this location!

They don't pay attention on the next family to pick up the vehicle. We waited almost an hour to wait for someone to open the location. It stated that they open at 7:30, and we came to pick up the truck at 8am, and there was nobody there till I called the U-Haul customer service . And someone finally show up to clear the 24/7 share. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Bad customer service as well..

Nobody there when I returned the trailer and its a spooky place. I spoke the customer when returned the trailer and agreed to pay Uhaul for i believe $. 20.00 for late fee due to unsafe trailer and one of the tail lights never works. I had pics to prove..

By far the worst customer experience I ever had. Their internet went down, they were incredibly rude and unfriendly. They showed up 15 minutes late, didn’t acknowledge me and acted like they didn’t want to help me. I will never do business with this uhaul again and much rather hire movers.

They gave us a truck that ended up breaking down after two hours. We had to wait 4hours for a tow and when they inspected the truck it had “7” codes pop up for a bad transmission. A trip that was suppose to take 5 hours turned into 24hours.

Overall a very poor experience. I went to pick up my truck at 8am and Jessie let me know the truck wasn't clean but I said it was fine, I didn't have the time to wait fro him to do his job. I booked the truck for 5 hours and he told me that I could keep it for 24 hours at no additional charge. Long and behold I dropped the truck off within 8 hours and told him to email the receipt. I opened the email and with great surprise I noticed that he charged me twice. Overall he wasn't friendly, nor professional and also not honest. I do. to recommend this location.
