I returned it at 7:30 the same day I rented it. You charged me for an extra day. I have pictures of when I returned it and I have a receipt for the gas. Please refund the unwarranted extra charges!!!Gerard K.

This site could use a little more selection in trucks. The great thing about this site is it is out of a grocery store so there is lots of parking, and it is easy to get in and out with trucks and literally a block from a hiway.Jim M.

Mais Market staff was lovely. U-Haul however, had no idea what was going on. Failed, again, to deliver the equipment and then tried to blame the moving company that was hired to help us. We had to wait for a district manager to come and then go get the equipment out of storage and come back, which took up most of the time that we had the movers booked for, who had already started loading the other (wrong) equipment by the time I figured out that it wasn't the right truck.SHIONAJ M.
Make sure the rental is billed to correct person. My daughter's credit card was used to pay instead of mine. The gal didn't ask me for my credit card, said my daughter's card was charged instead. Was not happy about that. The truck was fine. Not an ideal place to pu a truck.STACEY K.

When I dropped off the truck, they said that there wasn't anyone there who could check the truck in and suggested I drive about 7 miles across town to another location. I told them that this location was where I specified the truck to be dropped off. I left the key and the truck with them and wasn't sure it would be received properly so I called Uhaul customer service to let you know that I had dropped off the truck. Really crappy drop-off location. I'd think about removing them as one of your locations.Tyler G.

Mileage was 102,000 miles lowâ€¦. No dolly that was suppose to be thereâ€¦ the people at the location weren't helpful truck was back 24 hours early haven't had anyone contact me on any of these things and I'm still waitingâ€¦. Where do i start.......First of all i had to click a link for the app before i left in the vehicle which was fine because the truck was so dirty and it had me take a picture and than the mileage was wrong so again it had me take a picture. I used the truck 3 and a half hours and i drove 13 miles. They charged me for 69 dam miles and charged my card twice. Once for $40 and again for $80. I have called them and went back to the location and still nobody has helped me! Horrible horrible horrible business!Andrea P.
This also took 45 minutes to return. Tried to return online and the man helping me couldn't get the app to work on his android phone either. Finally another employee with an iPhone had me log in on the app and they checked me out. This was not a good experience and I'm planning on renting trucks in the future but will look for another company next time.Yvette B.
I returned my rental the same day at 3 oclock. It is now the 28th and just being checked in. I had to call customer service when I returned it so it can be notated that I did. Customer Service called me about the uhaul 3 days later which is ridiculous via they should have called the drop off location.ALIA H.

Wear masks!!! I thought Lincoln was ordered to wear masks!?!?! The lady I was returning the truck to was under-trained. SHE WASN'T WEARING A MASK AS MANDATED BY THE MAYOR!!!kerry J.
