The person checking us in and out for the Uhaul rental was not equipped to handle the check in and check out process. It took over 30 minutes to get the truck during the pick up and then when returning it, we were delayed again because the person just didn't know what he was doing. The delay in the Uhaul rental caused delays with the movers we had hired. Very frustrating experience.Krishawn W.

Wonderful people at this location tried to do all they could to help my daughter and I. After a horrible experience and being denied my reservation at Libba Garage (where I had a reservation) they had me come in so they could help. They only had one truck, a 26' truck and not a 15' truck and they didn't have a dolly, which is what I reserved months ago. The truck they did have, turned out, had the lines to the catalytic converter cut. I had to drive it that way to another location. Again, I made reservations MONTHS ago. It was very unsafe to drive that 26' truck that way through Jacksonville traffic.Diana M.

The lady that assisted me with checking into the trailer was very sweet. However she never ended up checking me into the trailer causing some complications when returning the trailer. My only recommendation is to provide some training to properly check customers into their unit.Louis B.

This location was not the issue, it was uhaul overall, my reservation was for one location and the truck were gone. they set me up with another location and again the trucks were gone. This was the last location available. 2.5 from my original reservation time, and 3 locations before I could finally get a truck.Kirk L.

The experience was very disappointing and disruptive to our move. If you're interested I would prefer discussing it in person, there's too much detail to include here. The location was very clean and well kept and the gentleman who assisted me was very friendly but also didn't really seem to know what he was doing. It was an old wholesale warehouse that wasn't maintained very well. One of the owners didnt know how to use the uhaul vendor website for my booking. I also wasnt provided appropriate paperwork. The truck we rented was filthly. We had to clean it before we packed because it was sticky gross and had a pair of old shoes that must have been underneath the seat for quite a few days as they had mold on them.Brianna E.

They charge me for 120 miles where in I drive 20 miles also said I didn't return truck back until Monday at 2pm however I return the truck back the the same day by 6pm but was charged 214.00 dollars for the uhaul where in I was quoted for 35 miles for 80.00 dollars but only use 20 miles . poor customer serviceMICHAEL Y.

It took me 1.5 hours to get the truck rented. This is a wholesale grocery store with one employee on Saturday and UHAUL is definitely secondary to that. Each time a person came to check out, the gentleman would leave me to handle them. He was a very nice older gentleman, but didn't know how to navigate through your UHAUL software. He actually had me do it for him. I didn't mind, it certainly sped up the process. There was a secondary verification error, that he didn't know how to clear and ended up calling someone for a tech assist. Once contact was made on the phone I was checked out in about 5 minutes. Perhaps this site should just rent via phone line? I know I had a schedule that was absolutely shot because of it. As for the truck, it was clean and ran well.Stephen L.
