Frank WWell the check in was very complicated and it seemed I just couldn’t get the right help. The truck itself was fine but once I got in it and opened the cup holder it had coffee spilled all over it. Luckily I explained this to the guy at drop off and he believed me and understood. Furthermore, while online check in is nice, I think there should always be a human there from reasonable hours even on Saturday’s and sundays if there are bookings.

dean pRemove 25$ fee for returning an un clean truck. It's insulting to have a warning about a fee when the truck I picked up was a dirt pit.

JONATHAN EThe inside of the Uhaul was filthy. Wasn't cleaned before my pick up. This is so important as a first impression, but also due to covid it would've been nice to see that the company went the extra mile. I had to stop at the gas station to buy wipes to clean it myself. I also ordered 12 blankets with the truck and never received them.

JENNIFER DOur rental agreement was to pickup the truck from Corner Brook location and we checked and she said it will be back around 2. So I bought a boat and I asked the previous owner to drop it there so I can tow it from there. But the truck was dropped to Pasadena location which is 35km away, so have to drive there get the car and come back get the bait from the original location and we called uhaul and the only help we got was extra 60 km free. But what about the time, gas and even the effort. That was not the plan I wasted extra 2 hours because of that and I have to drive back another 4 hours. It was unacceptable at all but unfortunately we didn't have much choices at that time and I have to accept that but it was horrible.

Christopher SMake sure your trucks are stocked with the proper equipment and clean the interior of the cab after every rental. There was a big slime stain or something on the seat of the truck we rented and there were no doilies even though we rented two!! Very stressful moving a 4 bedroom house with no dolly. The dealer didn't even tell us they didn't have any and the shop was closed when we went to pick up are truck. But other then that we got her done.

Darren WCouldn't get to check in ... there was no representative to help check in .... the location was in a remote area which cost us extra for milage and time . cost me almost half the time I had the rental for .... ended up having to borrow a truck fm someone I knew and finish the move ..... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!!!!!!!

Bruce AI would like for someone to review my bill please or call me. Shortly after picking up the machine we noticed that there was no heat coming in the cab we drove 600 km like this in cold temperatures. Called the rental vendor and told them about it and nothing was done to improve our rental. Drove back 600 km in same machine because no one helped exchange or fix the machine nearly froze to death in minus 20 celcious. I think for the discomfort of this machine and the non service to be fair to me as a customer all km charge should be dropped or refunded now. I expected someone to call me and tell me that this is done. If not I will be bringing this further not good enough in my mind to have machines to rent with no better service then this.
