It was a horrible experience. Had an appointment to pick up at 8 am. When we arrived the truck wasn't there and didn't get any notice that it wasn't going to be there. After over an hour of trying to figure out what was going on we had to drive 25 minutes to another town to pick up the truck and when we got to the truck we didn't get the appliance dolly that we ordered. When we told the uhaul people about it they told us that we could drive another 45 minutes to another town to pick that up. Keeping in mind that we had people waiting at our house to help us move the entire time! Worst experience I have ever had moving and will never use this company again!Brandon H.

I got there at 11:45 .. My pick up time was 12:00... No one showed up to open up for me to get the truck.. I had to call Uhaul .. They called the place manger.. No answer... If I need another truck in the further it want be Uhaul... This is the second time I've had a bad experiences in 5 藍Kenya S.

The truck was dirty in the cab, there was less than 1/2 tank of gas. The cargo area was full of mud, There was no cell service, no free wi-fi so had to call the owner to come in to give me the truck/keys/blanket. However, Laurie Hurley, Traffic Control Manager from Raleigh, NC was FABULOUS. She was patient, accommodating, understanding and so professional. More companies should have competent and caring team members like Ms Hurley. She as awesome!!!!!Angela I.
