The experience was very positive. I had never signed up online before, and it was actually quite easy. When I arrived at our local store. Jason greeted me and had the truck ready. 20 minutes ahead of time. The truck worked great and took care of our needs I will definitely be returning.

The location pick-up changed , this caused the 24/7 phone pick-up to be invalid. This resulted in a 1 hour delay. All in all not a big deal, as the u-haul reps were excellent.

I reserved the trailer in Spooner. The Rice Lake place called to confirm my reservation and said I was good to go, but never bothered to tell me the reservation changed to Rice Lake (which is a completely different town 30 minutes away). I only happened to stumble upon this information by looking at my online check in. Had I not looked at it, I would have had no idea. They should have told me this when they called. In addition, I showed up for my 930 appointment to pick up the trailer and it was no where to be found. Apparenlty the prior person who had it checked out hadn't brought it back yet, and they didn't bother calling the gentleman to tell him he was late until we were trying to pick it up. All around terrible experience.
