Buneta LI have had multiple uhaul rentals over the past several months. Despite me requesting the drop off I want. Corporate uhaul or the software it uses changes my drop off to another location. In addition in all instances after doing an on line drop off I receive messages texts and phone calls about the missing rental I have proof of returning that I dropped off at the place I requested. I have no need to drop a rental off miles away when I have a uhaul rental place down the street from me. Please address accordingly to fix the situation.

TURNEY LI went to the original location, Budget Auto Sales (6872 Vo-Tec Rd, Bonne Terre, MO 63628), for pick-up, but no one was there. I called and left multiple voice mails, but no one return my calls. I returned later that day, still no one. I came back the next day, but no one was there. I finally called the U-Haul 800 number and they switched me to a different pick up location, witch worked fine - but ended up with the trailer more than 24 hours later than I originally wanted it. Apparently the original location is closed for good, but the on-line reservation system still allowed me to book it. very disappointing 2nd location was great. no complaints.

Martha DReserved an appliance dolly but they did not have one available and said they have been trying for awhile to get them. So I had to drive my rental truck more miles than intended to go to another location to pick one up. I should have been notified in advance it was not available since my rental was specifically to move a washer, dryer and large refrigerator.

Anthony SWhen I got there my uhaul Was not ready and no one was There. My uhaul Was Rented to someone else by the 1-800 people! The owner showed up and worked hard to resolve my situation but it put me an hour behind and I was paying people (by the hour) to move me.
